@HotShadeOfBlue It's a custom. The mode in RB3 that allows you to test charts (or play customs) shows that box in the corner.

@HotShadeOfBlue Aye Audition Mode, it's been in rock band ever since Rock Band 2.

You need XBL gold and an XNA creator account to use it though (if you have a college email you can get 12 months free as opposed to $100).
