It was not included because they were two different concerts. This one was recorded at a later date. Though I did some reading and found an interview where Mana-sama states he is in fact working on a new album.

I agree, there are soooo many songs that just don't seem right with Seth singing it. For instance, Vizard. There is no Replacing Juka for Vizard. Same goes for Night Breed.
