I started to suffer from this now at 44. Can this has to do with my bladder too???? If my bladder is full in the night the SI hurts like hell. I can't sleep well due to it because it hurts so much. I just want to know if a full bladder can affect the SI. Thank you.
my l5 vertebrae's articulating process is broken off on the right side which causes my pelvis to turn inward toward the left. my feet also pronate to compensate for the shortened leg length on the right side and i'd really like to know how to fix this or at least align the joints and muscles so that the ligaments can repair themselves and hold everything in place. so far chiropractic has relieved the pain and numnbess, temporarily, but the base issue still remains.
@BonesDGAF021 This kind of problem can have too many causes and repurcussions to accurately diagnose at distance, but a shiatsu or chinese traditional practitioner may well be able to help differently from a chiro. It sounds as if the large intestine channel may be concerned in your case.( the master is using points connected with the bladder, stomach, and triple heater)Notice the sighs as the patient relaxes...you may have to learn about "letting go" and relaxing in your daily life.Best of luck.
can anyone tell me on the neck exactly where to press. thanks from ashley

Thank you very much for this teaching. I am a student of Shiatsu and look forward to practicing these techniques.
