  • These are such good tips, I really regret not playing with my Rooney's paws more when he was little. Now it's such a struggle to trim his nails. I never had to till 2/3 years ago when we moved to an apartment, cause i used to bring him on runs and his nails would just file down by themselves. Now he only gets long walks. But yeah, listen to David. Only thing I would add is be sure to mess around with your dog's food bowl while they eat. This prevents aggressiveness around food.

  • Nice tip

  • Thanks. I've never had a nippy dog before and this one is driving me crazy. We'll try your trick.

  • Very useful video! My dog is 1 1/2 years old and I thought there was no way I could teach him to stop nipping now but I think this is definitely going to help! Thank you :)

  • That's your former puppy? in ZakGeorege's training video? He's such a big dog now.

  • Great job David.

  • Really useful video! The part about nipping is really useful, I am getting a puppy in the spring and I have a 5 year old Neighbor that plays with my current dog, she was never mouthy with him. The idea of a new puppy biting him really scared me lol.

  • Thanks I believe that all dogs are good, it's just not all of them have trainers that want to put time into training them.
