Dorian Yates had one of the best backs ever and his philosophy of row row row should be used more. Too many pulldowns and not enough old fashioned rowing. Come on Kevin.

Dorian had one of the best backs of all time. I am sure he would agree with you. Keep up the good work Kevin.

Kevin you are one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time. Ive seen most of your videos and every year you improved its amazing your transformation when you started the report and now you have gotten a whole lot bigger. Bodybuilding has never left you well just wanted to say good job and keep it up.
i remember him drinking an orange/yellow drink in one of his benching videos and he drank it before his last set, he said he would put the drink on his site but i dont see it.
he said it was his own mixed drink.. no clue what it was.
nothing else has ever given me better back development, than the bent over row with the same grip that levrone shows in this clip. its the absolute best for size and strength.

ive got your next challenge for you levrone..do a heavy weighted chin or pull up!! bodybuilders today are terrible at chins and pull ups, basically cause they dont do them! old school guys like franco columbo could bang out over 40 i challenge you to take it back to the old school
