  • the name of that bar, i call it a medium grip bar, in the gym i go to u have close grip bar . wide grip bar like a chin up. and this bar witch is in the middle of close and wide so medium bar but i guess it can be called neutral grip bar too. levrone the only pro giving back to next generation of bodybuilders i dont see ronnie or arnold or jay doing videos on utube . thanks kev appreciate it.

  • The 3rd exercise you did (the pulling exercise with the rope), I tried it two workouts in a row and both times I felt it mostly in my triceps. I'm positive it's just bad form. Any tips on how to do it correctly and really feel it in my back?

  • Squeeze your back when you pull in and stretch it when you let it go back.

  • People are a bunch of morons just because he has great genetics and took a ton of steroids and has a hard work ethic doesnt mean everything he says is right!!!! Watch dorian yates train that owned kevin even in his prime and he had a way better back then kevin too. Dorian says to not swing and squeze and pause at the contraction which kevin is sayign the opposite. Get your heads out of his a ss and actually research before you speak.

  • youknow. Dorians back, legs/ calves (best of any Mr "0") were superior, he fucked up by "going to extremes" and hurt himself bad. Check his vid`s- he admits it. Peace.

  • Wow! I watch the levrone report often and I do think kevin is a great bodybuilder and all but he has to much broscience in his training. Saying it is a "no no" to not swing during a pulldown exercise seriously makes me laugh. It has also be shown that wide grip back exercises such as the exercise with the infamous named bar work your inner back not your outer lats. Im not saying your lats wont be stimulated but the emphasis is on the inner rhomboids. Just a lot of BSing goign on in this video.

  • didn't like the exercises you used for your back workout besides bent over row. Not enough done for the middle back..too much attention on lower back which easily can be accomplished with deadlifts. Dorian Yates had one of the best backs ever and his philosophy of row row row should be used more. Too many pulldowns and not enough old fashioned rowing. Come on Kevin.

  • Yates & Mentzer were big proponents of those reverse grip back exercises like rows & pulldowns complete with arching the back for best contraction. For low back Yates did weighted hyperextensions. Dorian had one of the best backs of all time. I am sure he would agree with you. Keep up the good work Kevin.

  • youknow. Disagree, Haney`s back was his outstanding body part, Yate`s (1992) came along and had back, leg`s/ calves and better condition...............Haney retired................

  • haney beat yates in 91 and considering yates looked the same in 92 haney woulda beat him again but haney already had 8 mr.Os and had nothing left to prove

Ive seen most of your videos and every year you improved its amazing your transformation when you started the report and now you have gotten a whole lot bigger.   • i remember him drinking an orange/yellow drink in one of his benching videos and he drank it before his last set, he said he would put the drink on his site but i dont see it.

    he said it was his own mixed drink.. no clue what it was.

  • nothing else has ever given me better back development, than the bent over row with the same grip that levrone shows in this clip. its the absolute best for size and strength.

  • ive got your next challenge for you levrone..do a heavy weighted chin or pull up!! bodybuilders today are terrible at chins and pull ups, basically cause they dont do them! old school guys like franco columbo could bang out over 40 i challenge you to take it back to the old school
