Let us do some maths! All the period of time given in the bible are prophetical.

1 PY(prophetical year) = 360 days. 1SY(solar year) = 365.24 days.

69 weeks of Daniel=483PY=476SY. Okay!

2300PY=2267SY. So from the time of little horn in Daniel 8 : namely from 281BC shall pass 2267 Years. The End should have been 1997 AD??? And for the rest of all calculation the prophetical years has been used as if they were solar years. The same with 1335 days. They must be converted to SY before using.

Daniel 9:27 does NOT say there will be a "7 year peace treaty"..... it says "he" will CONFIRM (not "make") a covenant........... In order to confirm something, it has to be already in place. You "make" a covenant when there was NOT a preceding one......

This is the best work I have seen so far, one question however "after threescore and two weeks Mesisah is cut of but not for himself" i.e. 62 weeks it is not 69 so what is meant by this?... We have estmated 2029 or 2046 the grand cycle 7041 years from the fall of Adam to the end of the millenal age. With that said the best way is to research the exact meaning of key words isby use of a lexicon. ie the word Temple in the Greek could be either Naos or Hieron meaning a spiritual concept such as the body being a temple of the Holy Spirit or a physical building. @esgatch Suggest the New Kin James (NKJV) or New Internationall Version (NIV), but NOT the New American Standard, AKA Ryrie, John Mc Arthur Study Bible. - these came from The Scofield Bible which wa written to support John Darby's Pre Trib / Dispensational theology in the 1850s

The issue of various bible translations has become quite a fissure in the church. I've read the NASB for a very long time, yet I want nothng to do with McArthur, or Ryrie, or Darby, or Scofield. The denomination where I was reared used the KJV-Scofield reference bible, but I quit reading that a long time ago. Most all the translations come from the same ancient texts, which vary but not in a dramatic way. I've been looking for a single column ESV or NKJV. Thanks for answering my post.

@FOTL4J the NIV is published by the Lucis (formerly Lucifer) Trust and has changed the meanings of many passages, going so far as to completely omit some verses altogether (64,000 fewer words than the KJV). (Mark 15:28 is one example)

@ILJ4eTD I think that we should not be making dates. God could well bring us out before then, depending on what is happening. It does say that only our Father knows the times and hour. We must be living each day as if He will return tomorrow, yet plan for months or years later. So that we will always be ready!
