For those younger kids, you must understand what had happened to rock 'n' rill when the Beatles arrrived on the scene. They were such a breathe of fresh air after the likes of "Lion Sleeps Tonight" and "Telstar." Ugh. I personally think that this was a good decision. It allowed them the time to go into the studio and really create.

Their brilliance comes out around Sgt. Peppers. The first time I heard that album I was truly mesmerized. It was so fresh and so different. I ran through 3 copies.
