good viddeo.... but imagine doing all that every day....that would probably take at least 10 minutes taking off and reinstalling it. by the way, kryptonite locks are easy to pick.
you know this is probably not come obvious to most cyclist but use two lock and a bike alarm you can buy them on ebay. Honestly its 2011 and people don't bike alarms the last thing a thief wants is more attention

Police are useless when it comes to stolen bikes, I had two bikes stolen from my garden, one of them very very expensive. I hope you die horribly thieves get your own bikes! If I ever get another bike I will be sure to secure it properly.

How much do those locks weigh?? I think your New York chain lock is 10lbs and the New York u-lock 4.5lbs. That's a lot of weight to drag around. I use the u-lock to lock the back wheel with the frame to a solid object and then use a light cable lock to lock the front wheel to the frame and a solid object. My bikes have never been stolen in 20 years with this method.

Still wondering why a thief will cut a combination lock, if you can figure out the code easily in 5 minutes or less;
mr4y 1 year ago
@mr4y
orly? There are 10,000 possible combinations in 4 digits of 0 to 9.
aredesuyo 6 months ago
@mr4y Simple. Why would they wait 5 minutes (or 3 minutes, or 2 minutes, whatever) when they can cut the lock in 30 seconds or less?
