Well... To be fair, Mix Martial Art (MMA) is just that "Mix Martial Arts". The ground game as much as the Stand up game is what make it so great. You can have differtent turns of events. The outcome is less predictible. One without the other would just be a Brazilian Jujitsu match, or just a Kick Boxing/MuayThai match.
