ok my friend is letting me borrow his account so i can download some fallout dlc, if i do the license transfer onto that account on my xbox, will he still be able to access his content on his xbox with that particular license and if i signed in with my account would i be able to access the content downloaded from his account?

he can still play the content but only on xbl, and yes if you download his license you can sign on and play
