Actually it isn't expensive to go vegan or vegetrian - at least in Germany. If one would spend a bit of time on getting information about food and what's healthy and what not it is obvious how easily you can live without relying on animals. ;-)

You know why this meat is so cheap? The goverment subsidizes them to do this. Same with sugar. If you had to pay the real price for this meat. You wouldnt buy it. This is insane. We have all this technology. We have smart phones with gps and internet. Yet we humans contuine to do this. No. Im not a vegan infact I hunger for ribs. Yea. Im terrible. Consider the Ethical, health, and financial reasons to eat less or no meat/dairy products. Hunting is one thing, factory farming is a real holocaust for chickens, pigs, cows, turkeys, sheep, fish, and others. Maybe you simply do not care about an animal's welfare, then move along, but for people who may not understand how supermarkets/restaurants get their meat and dairy products this is a good start.
