Overall, it was really good. However, I would recommend not flowing like you did from 1:05 - 1:10 (You also do it within the first part of the second verse) and instead going with 1:11 - 1:17 if you are trying to speed up. Sounds a whole lot smoother and gives you the Bone Thugs feel. The other way isn't bad but if you follow this advice you will be great at flowing slow and fast rather than great at slow and ok at fast.
