  • Body building videos no matter what the topic always attract a swarm of hatefull people. I think this is a good video and for his age he has some excellent results from what I can see. Youtube is just plagued by trolls these days it's sad. Oh well good video!

  • Im a teen trying to bodybuild in grade 12. How do I keep my social life while still bodybuilding. I feel like I sacrifice alot of parties and fun for bodybuilding. Are there certain things I can do to still go out without "cheating" basically all parties from my school are just a bunch of kids drinking and smoking which are two things I don't wanna do. I pretty much miss out on alot anyone have any suggestions. My best bet is to find a nice girl but there all so shallow it seems.

  • He's off to a good start. Pretty knowledgeable for a 19 yr old. When I started lifting/bodybuilding, I never paid attention to the nutrition aspect of it. I just ate big of whatever there was and lifted big. I had such a fast metabolism between the age of 15-24 when I lifted. Once I hit 25, my body started packing on the calories. Years after that, it got even worse. Diet is so important but these eating habits are hard to change after a lifestyle of gordulent eating.

    I always eat a half cup oat meal with rice milk almonds, small amount of raisins and goji berries. Does the trick and taste damn good. Straight oatmeal with water or milk taste like card board haha

Research says all people have relatively the same ability to put on muscle, some just have to work a little harder; however, again that doesn't mean a skinny person is unable to put on mass.

People have different abilities to put on muslce, somer people have good genetics, some people have bad genetics, I don't believe it's that similiar, I know someone who's been going gym 2x as long as me but my pecs are twice the size of his.

  • @ryantika do more reading it is considered a hard gainer but that does not mean it is undo able as you seem to apply. It just takes more disciplined an your metabolism rate will slow down over time which can help you gain weight later one. You have to eat, eat ,eat. Sometimes you get to the point were you just get tired of eating becaue you have to consume so many calories to gain weight.

  • @scondore Thank you Nick! I pretty much followed this meal plan, altho adjusted the portions to suit my weight and i put on about 10kgs of relatively lean muscle mass and moved up 3 MMA weight classes! thanks bro owe you tones!

  • @peteshredder Thats a hard question to answer...it ranges from really hard to almost impossible depending on if your a meso, endo, or ectomorph. But bottom line if your attempting to do this you have to have a near perfect diet and workout plan and not cheat at all.

Protein power is a waste of money. A lot of what your body needs can be absorbed through regular everyday healthy eating! Keep at it though bro!

Yes all carbs are sugar but if they are broken down at a slower rate and appear in the blood stream slower you will not get an insulin spike. This insulin spike is what puts the cells into storage mode and makes you retain more bodyfat.
