@ilovegames256 I'm no expert but yes, its harder to keep good quality with your flute moving about all of the time, but she seems to handle it well

I wish there was a video just like this for bass clarinet. :'( This is amazing and beautiful. I love my bass clarinet but it really sucks sometimes since you rarely get melodies and you want to play all these songs but the melodies are always for flute, clarinet, trumpet, piano etc. :( And when people hear a beautiful composition performed by a bass clarinet they just go, meh. But when a flute or clarinet play the same thing it's always much more appreciated. *sigh

@cdp7499 You need not hold your flute up straight; it's just a tip for beginner's to overcome the extremity of lung support. When you become skilled enough, you won't have to worry about it. Just look at all the pros - they hold it any way they want! On the other hand, keeping your back straight is very important.

@cdp7499 ah, you must be a fellow marcher XD lolz, in marching band, its against the religion of john philips sousa to even think of keeping your flute other than parallel. But in concert, it actually can help the sound to move if the flute is a little tilted. Boggled my mind too ;)
