She is an angel. She needs your time and attention, she must be exposed to something new every day: new games, new people, new words (name her food, toys, what you do), new toys.
She must be busy with toys and learning all day long. She needs a lot of toys in her cage. She needs a lot of your attention. Loud music, noises, voices may develop neurosis in African grey parrots, including feather plucking. Put her cage, her perch, rings, swings in front of windows. African grey parrots like to watch, what is happening outside.
THANKS FOR THE INFO. i DO USE CUDDLE BONE..SCRAPE IT ON FOOD EVERY DAY. i HAVE MOVED HER CAGE, ETC. sHE IS VERY INTELLIGENT and probably needs to go to school or something.
I have found it on the Internet : "These are the supplements that I believe helped him to stop plucking and grow his feathers back. He's been plucked for 2 years. The Missing Link and 100% Powdered Cuttlebone. I sprinkle it on his peanut butter toast every morning. ". Spray (mist) with aloe vera solution, it may help. Give her chewing toys that she loves to chew.

That's a great bowl for a bath; I've tried to get my greys to bathe in bowls like that, but they prefer their little water bowls.
Nice video.
