The exercises all seem great! Are there any other exercises you know of that could be swapped for the squats? I have postural hypertension and cannot really do the exercise confortably. Thank you very much for the great video.

These moves remind me of a YOGA practice which are cool.

They are Yoga moves and they do work - helped me a lot in MTB and on nasty spills I have not taken any serious injuries..
