Why is everybody talking about her "drugs"? It has already been confirmed in the statement from police that no trace of drugs or alcohol were in her system that night. Under the conditions of the temporary custody agreement that was in place; she would've been charged in breech had she so much as had a drink! She was being regularily tested too - and didn't fail a single one - thus making her the one person in Hollywood you can actually guarentee WASN'T on drugs!

Being Bipolar under normal circumstances can be tough for anyone. When you add Alcohol/drug problems, that is exaggerated that much more. Not to mention the extra pressure from the Paparazzi / media throwing everything back in her face.
