Actually it's Becky and Amy Burridge, not Thompson. There's a book out about it called: The Darkest Night: Two Sisters, a Brutal Murder, and the Loss of Innocence in a Small Town.

Their car broke down, two guys offered them a ride, they ended up kidnapping the two girls, raping them, then threw them off the bridge. The two men are serving life in prison. At the time of the incident, Becky & Amy were 18 & 11, respectively.
