  • @EzraiilOsafetyOtube actually, i'm not working on shoulder at all, except the chest exercises which contains shoulder work.

  • @mrkristosenko u mean ur shoulder muscles r that much from a chest exercise only .. well that will b cool f ur shoulder easily more effected than other parts... go a head man keep it up man u rock

  • @Dominionlord about 8 months. i dont use food schedule. and my routine is workout 4 times a week

  • @mrkristosenko okey that's a very good result for 8 months, have it always been 4 times a week? monday tuesday rest thursday friday? what's your height n weight?

    Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and so on

    height 1.68 m

    weight 63 Kg
