@BennyI hmm maybe. When i was in Osaka and Kyoto i remember der also said geiko instead of keiko when in combination. But ok maybe depends on the person.

@BennyI no in japanese if the words belong together with a hard vocal between its spoken more softly. k -> g
In this case Oikomi-geiko belong together. Same with Debana Kote -> Degote.
