idk why I'm commenting in March 2012 but a long time ago I kind of thought attempting the shee snatch on Halo PC, when it overloads the game may crash, but I may attempt snatch again on Anniversary, idk.
played all. Loved Halo 1 the most, and H2 was fun too. It wasn't as competitive, so I kinda lost interest. H3 was just too much for me.. I don't get it... the main gun is the assault rifle? In halo, we called that noob ARing. If they bring back the Halo 1 pistol, I love love whatever game it's in. The BR in Halo 2 was supposed to be like that, but Bungie decided to cash in on some noobs..

i like the halo 1 pistol in halo i got 23 kill online and 13 where the halo 1 pistol it just takes more skill to use. but i hate halo 2 and 3 they killed halo for me the only game that well gave hope to halo for me is halo 3 o.d.s.t. because new gun and a heath bar for skill like halo has.

Ar isn't the main weapon. In the Halo series, it's always been the mid range weapons that's over used. For example, in Halo: Combat Evolved, many people always use the pistol about 90% of the time. I basically can't stand it. It gets very boring fast. Plus, I thought it was pretty imbalanced...3 headshots...Halo 2 was somewhat more balanced, but not really. Halo 3 is probably the most balanced, but not completely balanced overall.
I know what ur saying. H1 seems balanced to me tho. 2 headshots takes off the sheild, and 1 headshot (in reality) kills the opponent. I hated how in H2 and 3 u start out with a dumb weapon that u can;t kill anyone with. In H1, the pistol was so good that after u respawn u can kill the dude who killed u earlier. It makes the game so fast paced and that's what was so original about Halo 1. Halo 2 and 3 was like every other game out there, big guns kill, little guns don't. Even tbagging sucx in 2/3

Try playing MLG playlist. It's somewhat similar to the Halo: Combat Evolved gameplay. You start with the BR at first instead of the AR. I usually like playing classic slayer. Team BRs and MLG can be annoying like I said 90% of the time most people use mid range weapons and it gets boring unlike in slayer there's times you gotta switch a lot more.
