There is a product called Numb-It Topical Anesthetic by PFB that I bought from a day-spa. It comes in a 30g dropper bottle for around $25. You only need to use a few drops (15 minutes before you wax) so it's a pretty good value. It's supposed to reduce the pain up to 80%, but considering I have never waxed without it, I can't say for sure. What I can say is that I believe it must be true since waxing for me has been completely bearable using this product. Hope this helps!

a really helpful hint here. if you have hair clippers like the ones hairdressers use for mens haircuts, and im talking the big ones to attach the guards to not the small trimmers, then use that. you can shave the entire area in 2 minutes and all the hair comes out the same length which is good :)

My tip for bikini waxing is this-

Before u even start any waxing, get a tube of Bonjela (Teething gel) & spread it over the area u will b waxing. Leave it on there for 5-10mins &while it's on, get everything ready 4 waxing (so you're ready to go the second you wash it off) Wash the Bonjela off & away you go!!!

If u do this waxing will be slightly less painful as the Bonjela numbs the first few layers of skin ;)

I can almost guarantee that if u try this, you'll do it EVERY time from now on! x

@miaaxmarikaa a majority of guys under age 30 prefer no hair. a large chunk of guys 30-40 do as well. as for over this, i don't really know and i haven't asked. but i do go to college and hang around an eclectic crowd of guys aged 19-28 (i am 34). i have talked to them about this, and maybe one out of ten or so prefers women who have pubic hair. not surprisingly these men tend to be new age hippies (although some athletic guys i know also prefer pubic hair).

As for men, everyone is diff, all men are diff so it's hard to say...you need to do what feels right for you:)
