This isn't spring roll. These are EGG ROLLS. Spring rolls are not fried at all. Spring rolls are rice sheets that are eaten with vegetables cold.

You can’t know that for certain.

Food processing plants don’t want bad publicity with germs and such in their products. I am pretty sure on management level they make rules of hygiene. But do you know how hard it is to micromanage a big company? You can’t expect to check every employee’s hands with a swab and run lab tests on it every time they go to the bathroom. And I think the uniforms are standard and not camera candy. So I don’t think you can just accuse them of lying to us.

But the scary thing about wearing gloves is that your hands sweat inside the gloves and that sweat can come out of the gloves when they stick their hands in the food. If you don't wear gloves, you can constantly wash your hands and disinfect it. Under the gloves, you don't know what is happening.

Are you saying that you can't *constantly* change your gloves to dry your hand? I manage volunteers at local soup kitchen and I tell my folks to clean and change their latex gloves after bathroom/food breaks/rest/job changes - or at least 2-3 times in 3 hours.

Now, how is not wearing gloves prevent sweat and dirt from going into your food? or are you saying that they wash their hands along with all other delicious veggies?

And don't compare expensive restaurants to local soup kitchens you fool. The local soup kitchen doesn't make their stupid volunteers go thru physical exams and they never check if they have medical problems. Professional restaurants and factories force their employees to get a physical exam to make sure no one is sick. Therefore, washing and disinfecting is enough. And another thing, your local soup kitchen doesn't know if your employees or volunteers took a shower before they enter the store.

They are also not told to wear caps to cover their hair/head to prevent hair and dandruff from falling in the food, they are not told to wear a mask to prevent their spit and snot from dropping in food.

I think you need to worry about your local soup kitchen instead of coming here and complaining about a video.
