Flowmasters sound odd on modulars. but I love them on older v8 applications

im sorry man but flowmaster mufflers are the worst aftermarket mufflers on the market. Thats why I have an IMCO exhaust. =]

Im thinking of puting a flowmaster on my '07 stang, but it has the single exhaust.. does it take much to install yourself? or should i take to a professional?

(Im not a horrible mechanic, but would just like your opinion..)

You have a V6, I dont know the difference on how to install it, but it is pretty simple if you have the right tools. (5 bolts per muffler)

There is very little drone at an rpm range of about 200-300rpm. My car has been stored for a while so I can not remember where that range is.

It should sound the same pending if the Saleen has the same 4.6L 3V and doesn't have aftermarket headers or mid-pipes!

It's not that much louder but it is noticable enough that if you heard my car you would know it doesnt have stock exhaust
