Mike - today is as it every year the worse day of my life. Family, Friends and this song get me thru this darkness each January 30th. We miss the Little Man so very much. The pain I see in the eyes of Lauire, Doug and Allen is almost too much to bear but God will help me. Thanks again for this beautiful tribute. It helps more than you will ever know

For example, my dear friend Judi below (rockhoundmaiden) lost her son a couple of years ago and he was born the same year as Jo Jo. And, I am also honored that Jo Jo's father (Terps82) left a comment below as well. Again, all my music exist because of Jo Jo .. it's really that simple. So, a part of him lives on in all my songs.

And, the reason I thank Jo Jo in the song, is because I felt his presence when writing it and all the others during that 3 day period. BTW - that satan freak gave this song multiple thumbs down too -- and well, if Jo Jo were alive --- knowing his smart little 11 year old mouth - he would say - kiss my ass!

Mike - wow! A friend of mine recently lost his son in Madrid and following that story on the news and YouTube has brought up all the pain and sorrow we suffered in losing JoJo 12 long years ago. It also triggered all the great support and love that came our way from such great people like you and your family. We were truly blessed to have him in our lives for close to 12 years but we miss him so very much. Thanks for this great tribute song. We love you Mike! Signed "The Chesapeake Man"

I love the slide work, makes this song complete. you need to submit this to a record label. the slide guitar needs turned up a bit because it goes hand in hand with the vocals. don't need turned up a lot but it needs to match the volume of the low notes in the vocals. drums would be nice on this one too.
