Volibear is pretty OP, i play as him and the fact that his best cast, fury, does damage depending on his health, its really not necessary to build anything but health, this allows u to even add speed and armor without trying to decide which is better for the fight.

no offense, your gameplay is pretty shit. You dont build AP on Voli, you build atmogs.

His W is what makes him OP. It's what makes Lee Sin broken and what makes Garen annoying. %damage based on lack of HP is ridiculous against every champ because reguardless of defenses (for the most part) it's guaranteeing a kill.

Ex: you should play Voli as a jungle, maxxing W asap to get the max bite damage. Open with Q, E after the flip, then autoattack til 1/4 hp then bite. That's how you win.

@AdeptofWar so just because voli is melee you don't play him with AP? Everyone i see with that mentality has been eaten alive by the voli that focuses on resistances, hp, and ap instead of combat attributes like ls, hp, ad, and as.
