@kaason2 I'm not sure, I haven't ever owned a 5870, but my guess is that the 4870x2 would still do better. If you ever do buy a 4870x2 then I would highly recommend getting an accelero xtreme heatsink for it, it lowered my in game temps by 50c!, and my idle temps run in the high 30c.

Crysis is nowhere near graphics intensive as ARMA 2 or GTA IV. I have no problems whatsoever maxing everything in crysis and getting 45 fps, but arma 2 i cant even set my settings, look at arma 2 's reqs.

lol, My bro has the ps3 version and the framerate is pants - looks to run between 18-25fps and is 1024x600 native with little detail compared with the pc version on medium settings. The pc version offers 100% more detail if you've got a decent card. The only version that can run smooth is the pc.

Well I think the only way to do this operation would be to backup you whole hard drive (stuff you want) and then format your hard drive (warning: erases everything on hard drive) then install 64 bit. I could have just said do a fresh install of 64 bit, but i like being complicated lol.

The average fps was reading around 60 so it's fine, for highest settings+AA+AF on every game I believe, it hasn't let me down on any game.
