Well from an past eperiences with them myself ill be the first to tell you the whole police department is corrupt,,this has been goin on now for 20 that i know of and its time to stop,,,like ppl say that has lived there its pretty much just marshall law with them and the most corrupt of all one that has terrozised ppl ther for yrs CRAYCRAFT is CHiEF now so the dirtiest cop most ppl has saw around here is leading the brigade,,federel government needs to do somethn this has to stop!!!

@ofcjduty Actually investigations show that this was in preparation for illegal alien roundups. This was illegal and so will be the future roadblocks in search of illegals. It's called the Constitution, I read it every week, cops should start reading it, you to begin with.

@unclemonkeystudios As long as it's the law, the cops are not at fault for enforcing it. It has to be declared unconstitutional until the roadblocks are illegal.

And it's called a "traffic break" or rolling roadblock. Makes a gap in traffic to clear the way for pursuits, traffic redirection, stop sticks, etc. and certainly isn't illegal.

@OfficerNelson No traffic stop, redirection, stop sticks or anything else was ever done during this time. The officers rolled down windows, laughed and made gestures the entire time. At the end, they high-fived each other. I called and asked several agencies to explain what happened. Nobody would release the names or if any event was scheduled. This considered, yes, this was illegal.

My cuz lives there they are out in the open corrpt there. they always beatin up on kids and pullin people over just cuz its after dark. if u go there dont leave your house after dark or they will pull you over and search yo car fo no reason. ask anybody who lives there they say the same.

Welcome to Clark County Kentucky, home of the cops who have nothing better to do than fuck with morotists. I have been, and know numerous others, who have been pulled over for somthing totally irrelevant. MY buddy was driving home, had a crack in his headlight casing and water got in and blew the bulb. Got pulled over 5, yes, 5 times from todds road @ clelvand to west side drive. One of the officers had a headlight out too! If it wasnt for Ale-8, the town would fade away....

Both officers were seen laughing and giving thumbs up to each other after the incident. You give me a reason why this was done? I can't find any even from their superiors.

As I stated above, kydivemaster, I contacted everyone in the area, their superiors and could not get an answer. I recorded these conversations and will post them as a video reply here. They still have no right to do this for a bridge demo without warning the public, displaying a sign explaining this or having the officers use their pa's to explain this. After your post, I again called Winchester and was told this was not what the officers were doing and the commander claims to have not known.

We have the right to be free in our movements and to go about without detainment unless there is a legitimate security reason for doing so. If you don't stand up for your rights you will surely lose them and those who assist or make jest of a police state are the enemy of those who wish to live in a truly free country.
