Its happening again. This about a court order that San Francisco mandate a MUD or municipal Utility District. The dirty tricksters are at it again with an initiative just filed requiring all municipalities to have a 2/3's vote in regards to MUD. Don't let them get away with this and it is time for the grass roots to arm itself against a utility mandated change to our constitution.
