@Jmalbran, well if u read my comments, i say no government can be trusted. Both countries have wronged their peoples and country. I give Castro credit for standing up to the U.S., especially the embarrasing defeat of the CIA at the Bay of Pigs, but look at the country. Its poor, food is rationed, etc. Cuba is a mess, all my relatives who have come from there in the last 10yrs have attested to that fact.

Where would u rather live? I love Cuba, but i would not want to live under that regime

My parents are cuban and i grew up in the U.S. and served in the military. Castro has really been a headache for the U.S. taking into consideration how small Cuba is. But he has set and kept the country back and from growing. A tyrant most definetly. But why the U.S. has strangled them for so long when they have been in bed even know with countries just as bad or worse, is what has always perplexed me.
