  • I love the weihrauch thumb hole stocks they look beautiful

  • @TheOverfiendDj I would very much agree... now - but the early ones weren't that great. I think Weihrauch has done very well to listen to what everyone wanted and added a bit of style to the HW100's TH version.

  • Yet another great video on a great rifle... they are seriously promoting this german air rifles...Edgunusa has done a review as well . About this 'why would any one not want a multi shot is was already well answered for :-) I recently bought a singel pellet feeder for the Marauder for that same reason;;less flyers

    grtz and thanks for sharing

    Jeremiah

  • How did you get Jeremy Hardy to do the narration?

  • @LetsPosting You'd be surprised who's asking to be on AirgunTV !!!

  • I this rifle.

    Very beautiful and compact one.

.... and the muzzle energy is?

  • @fatalen1 The UK versions are sub-12 (and 11+ ft/lb). The longer HW models are also available 'on ticket' with muzzle energies over 20ft/lb

  • strange.. why would you NOT want a multishot ??

  • @robblac Many serious shooters - like HFT competitors, for example - prefer to load pellets individually. Some also think that magazine-fed airguns aren't as accurate as single-shots by virtue of the fact that the pellet has to jump from the mag into the breech proper. If there's any misalignment, the pellet can be deformed and it won't fly true as a consequence.

  • @AirgunTV whats hft stand for ? thanks for your info pal :)

  • @robblac Hunter Field Target - it's a form of outdoor competition, simulated hunting over a course of knock-down, quarry silhouette targets. HTH (hope this helps!). Nige

  • @AirgunTV cool thanks

  • @AirgunTV well, i would say that multishots are JUST as accurate at the level of rile.. in any casy i can use my hw100 with a single shot adapter..not that i ever would,,

  • @AirgunTV

Thanks for the explanation, i had wondered myself why someone would not have a multi. Having said that i guess it comes down to how good the magazine is, i have had no issues with mine on my aas310.

  • if you do know what editing software will allow me to focus on a voice and cut out the background voices thanks

  • hey i love your video pls pls tell me what editing software you use thank q so much

  • Do they have any plans to do the 101 or even the 100 in a synthetic stock?

  • @RiotusRich Nothing 'official' announced yet, but I've heard through the grapevine that it could be on the cards. They certainly did the 97K-T in synth... and that's gone down well.

  • The HW100 is fine as a 14shot, I personal don't see any point it designing a single shot it seems a backward step. I just my 5th HW100 which I bought myself for Christmas, this one unlike the older ones is not pellet fussy which is great. As for accuracy I haven't found the multi shot to be a problem. The rearward pull cocking only rotates the mag and the forward stroke preloads the hammer spring making it the easiest PCP to cycle, other imitate but dont come close to the HW100!

  • weihrauch hw97kt forever

  • one slip and the pelletes gone! and the reload time would be a fumble if you needed to put another shot in to somthing you have just injured instead of killed with the first shot! misplaced shots can happen!

  • It's a good idea, but I think a adjustable but pad, swivel studs, and a optional hamster would encourage me to buy this rifle. As for now I'll just stick with my HW100 sporter with a single shot adaptor for FT and HFT use.

  • Hello

Is there going to be a Weihrauch HW101 T ? Any information about that ?

  • @miyaaaaw According to UK importers, Hull Cartridge, it's currently only available as a K-T in beech... but if it goes down well (I reckon it will), it would be easy enough to offer the HW101 in all the various guises we've seen on its HW100 forebear.

  • Where's the .20 version in both the 100 and the 101......come on HW you can do it!

  • Hi, the cylinder looks small in the .177 tested how many shots were you getting per fill?

  • @Freshman210 I'll let you know - I haven't done all the chrono work yet (this weekend). I'm topping up after 50 shots... and I don't think it'll be much more. Not at all pellet fussy, mind you.

  • Looks like a pellet fumble waiting to happen on the hunting stand or blind... You might as well have a break barrel. At least you know with that the round will seat securely . For me I would rather have a magizine for the money that it cost... Even if it's a straight shooter there are better options in pcp for the money.. Good effort...Not everthing can be a hit...The stock is nice though...

  • @RUNZLIG811 But I think a lot of shooters actually WANT single-shot rifles. And if they don't, there's the HW100, of course. Weihrauch has simply broadened the appeal of its (only) PCP model - so you can't knock them for that.

  • Comment removed

  • ill stick with the walnut finished 14 shot sporter

  • Would it be possible for you to tell me what the overall length of this rifle is with the silencer removed? here in NZ you need a FAL (FAC roughly equivalent) for any PCP over 762mm... if it comes in under that its considered a pistol by our law and is then not restricted.

  • @scanhead177 Just measured it: from squared-off butt heel to tip of muzzle, it's 785mm. A rifle, therefore! HTH. Nige

  • Very nice!

I actually have an HW100 .22 carbine multishot in the mail to me right now! Can't wait!

  • Are they planning a KS?

  • @MKJUD UK importers, Hull Cartridge Co., told me it's only a beech K-T model initially. I think a K-S would be pretty neat - while the thumbhole offers tonnes of control, on such a short gun it almost looks to 'back end heavy'... (Just my opinion.) Nige

  • I have an HW100 in .177 and i find it hard to believe that the single shot could be any more accurate... Must be fantastic ! Cant wait to try it out..

  • @marollet My first impressions are that its groups are a tad tighter at 40 yards. This test model is a .177. In any event, it's what many airgunners have been waiting for from Weihrauch... Nige

  • nice looking but does look like a cross between the 97k and the bsa ultra :L

  • nice and short

  • @krysks04 Yes: I've already spoken with BSA about putting together a head-to-head with the Ultra

  • @AirgunTV interesting will be full review about it.. ;)

  • oooooooooo now that i like looks a great bit of kit .

  • @85k11 Handles superbly. Bit like the FSB. Only had it shooting for a couple of days, but really like it. Needs a silencer, though - it's deffo not a gun for backyard plinking (unless you've got deaf neighbours). Nige
