If you need to use a dressing stick, you are using the wrong blade for the job. Instead, try reducing the diamond content of the blade which will increase the seperation angle of the diamonds. Also, if you are glazing a lot, try changing the pulleys on that target saw to get your rim speed down around 2800 to 3500 s.f.p.m.
