If you're going to comment, please learn some punctuation. Part of your job as a recruiter is to communicate. I promise it will help you. I recommend, "Eats, Shoots and Leaves" as a great grammar text.
The "Producer Revolution" is over! It's funny how a company who constantly pontificated about morals went up in smoke because a lack of morals. Where is your Lamborghini now Slater?
I think the Lamborghini is where it always has been; just out of reach. When you put your sights on the wrong things, even if you find them, you don't really find them. Just be careful to not ignore the entire message because of the messengers.
It's hard to separate the two. If one wanted to do a study on the Peter Principle, Atlas would be a great case study. It's just too bad that Atlas had a scarcity mindset on one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle...ethics. Maybe ethics/morals could be added as the 13th Prosperity Principle of the "Revolution." Atlas: bankrupt financially and morally - ask any of the summer reps who didn't get a back-end check after a summer of "creating wealth."
You guys should check out anyone else other than freakin' Atlas Marketing. They have a pay scale that sucks and most likely will not even pay you as an employee come the end of the season. No joke, just the truth.
Type in 'The Call Centre Song' LOL!
