I just got this same dream house from my older cousin. It's a bit worn, but I think all the furniture and accessories are all there. It's all cardboard, even the furniture, but it's quite a neat set up.

Since they are making vintage reproduction dolls, they need to make a vintage reproduction of the dream house. That was the best Barbie Dreamhouse that Mattel ever made.

the older ones are WAYYY better than new ones!! Midge? Never heard of her but i was born in 1996 so ya....why did that get rid of her and add tereasa? midge is prettier...i want to collect the old ones now!

I had one of these, WootyWooty13!! (I was born in 1956) Let me tell you...this house was amazing! It had so many cool things. The sliding glass door was thick cellophane and you could change things all through the house to be different (a little like transformers). Why didn't I hold on to it? Darn! I could pass it down to you. We really wore those dresses too and said "groovy" about all the Barbie and Midge stuff. It was really corny, but fun.

sure was wasn't it? i wasn't even BORN around that time and i know it was. People weren't all sexed up like they are now, music didn't blow, it was all real instruments, and people had such a better attitude with life. now people are assholes.
