"To me she's a two faced liar and actress. She was dirty and unhygienic. All of us were shocked that she showered without shampoo or soap, without washing her hair or body, so her hair was always greasy. She never once used the bidet, everyone else did. I told her she should wash and that she smelled, but she said: "No, you smell."
@tommitd3 actually, amanda knox did not have a lot of money
if you did your research you would realize that her family had to take out multiple loans to even with her. Furthermore, her sister had to drop out of college and take two jobs in order to help.
By the way, do you think that 19,000, if thats even true, is enough for 3 years worth of lawyers, airline tickets, trials, and making up for her time and horrible experience in jail?
In other countries people have won millions for literally spilled coffee, she got 19,000 thats barely enough to live in the real world for a year.
Wake up and smell the coffee before you go live in your own fantasy world :)
@TurtlesAndBirds - Not disagreeing with you that her family was not rich but she had worked hard to save money for her year there and did not need to rob Meredith.
By the way, it was her friend Madison that worked two jobs and dropped out of school to be in Italy for most of Amanda's time in jail.
I hope she sues the crap out of Italy and wish she could sue for personal damages from Mignini. Has to wait for the calumnia charge to be repealed and sue for the entire four years, not just one.
@tommitd3 People like you are being brainwashed by media. Did you know that more than half of the people in North Korea sobbed over Kim Jong Il's death?
Nobody breaks in at friend's apartment. Especially when you can assume two of them are in town, and propably coming home to sleep soon, it was late. And indeed, Meredith came home. A burglarer would choose a wealthy house where are nobody coming in anytime soon. And not difficult 2nd floor window wich is impossible to climb in! He would have rather chosen downstairs apartment. He was LET IN from the door!
@HatingIsUgly The "burglar" was Guede, who knew both Amanda and Meredith. he was Amanda's drug dealer most likely. He knew the 2 girls were in town that night, because they were foreigners, Amanda and Meredith had nowhere else to go, since they lived there, obviously Guede knew they were at home.
@1974Coconut - How long is your nose? You love to spout stuff from the Perugian police that got completely crushed in trial like it is something written in granite. The only proven association between Guede and the girls was an introduction in the boy's flat downstairs. There are no phone records, no text messages, no witnesses, NOTHING that puts Meredith, Amanda or Raffaele as associates with Guede.
"obviously they were at home" - You didn't go to college did you? A holiday weekend?
@lotorobly The most interesting part is that there are people who are simple minded enough to believe what you said . I know you're being sarcastic, but some people actually believe it. Amazing.
@EyeinTeaJay hi, i hope u r well informed about all this case. i would like to see more clearly. It is true that still it's not clear at allwhat could have happened. I reached the conclusion AK is innocent, but d u know how many weird things she did and said? Just stunning.. And never showed at any point any real concern about Meredith's death
Just to list a few, the "all u need is love" t shirt, enourmous blood red writing; taking a shower when there was BLOOD on the floor..
@lotorobly From what I have read the bathroom was not covered in blood. The photo released by the prosecution was a photo taken after the bathroom had been sprayed with a chemical that turns red when it comes in contact with proteins. This is like luminol but red instead of blue. There were a few spots of blood, but the largest I seen in police pohotos were about the size of a pencil eraser. You use the term "blood red" but aren't most things having to do with Valentines Day, red?
@EyeinTeaJay first i tell u what's my point of view, im just interested in truth, i dont love nor hate AK, the victim is Meredith
About what u say: no, that's what she reported to the police and what they found! There was blood spread on the bathroom floor and she previously took a shower before minding calling the police!! OOo just google it and u ll find the entire datas
About the t shirt, well but i can u choose a t shirt like that when u have to declare about the murder of uR flAt mate?mad
@lotorobly - There is a police video, on web, took of the bathroom. It was spotless/clean. Only with very close inspection was there visible a drop of blood on faucet (Knox's) and the red, watery stain on rug. They sprayed the room down and guess what ... it reacted with bathroom cleaner to turn the room red (also photographed). Both photos and police video can be found on internet.
Nothing in the bathroom that day would have hinted at a murder happening in Meredith's room.
@EyeinTeaJay She told me 'It's very odd. I've just come back to the house and the door is open. I had a shower but there's blood everywhere. I'm going to get Raff. Meredith is nowhere to be seen. Oh God, maybe something's happened to her, something tragic.'"
That's what she said on the telephone to a third flat mate! it doesn't sound straight at all
She forgets she is saying sHe tOOk a shower WITH BLOOD AROUND! o_o
@lotorobly - media quote exagerated the blood statement. Doesn't matter. They took photos and video. Bathroom looked spotless. She said she didn't notice drop of blood on faucet or red stain until AFTER shower. She had no reason to suspect anything bad.
Get the quotes - she told the flat mate that there were a few odd things, one room looked like it had been ransacked, and Meredith's door was locked.
Still, nothing in any of that to suggest a murder, maybe a robbery.
@lotorobly I'm not going to answer for the things she said and did that you dont agree with. Name any one thing you mentioned that proves someone is guilty of murder. The bathroom crime photos show small spots of blood, the bathroom is not covered in blood. Instead of looking at what she did, try looking at what she didnt do. She didnt run back to the US after the murder, she spoke with, and cooperated with police without an attorney. I dont care to change your mind, just glad she's home. USA
@EyeinTeaJay i hope u understand it's not a dispute for me. what u say doesn't disprove that she could be mentally ill, or a psycotic. She could have been not aware of what she did, she could have a personality problem and there's quite an evidence about this I think.
Here what they say: "Police forensic experts later found 13 traces of blood in the bathroom, including a 10-inch-long smear on the floor and numerous droplets." How could ve she waited and taken a flowery shower before giving care?
@lotorobly So, four years in an Italian prison and they couldnt figure out if she is mentally ill or not? To use your "logic" you have shown me nothing to prove that you're not mentally ill. Luckily the burden of proof is on the prosecution and not the accused. The blood had been wiped up and the spots found by police were done with a chemical like luminol'; Hence the "traces of blood". You're right, it's not a dispute, The only question here is why she was ever in jail.
@EyeinTeaJay i think u r going wrong on the analysys, while everybody should be just interested in truth. The weird things AK did and say r just an endless stream. I think they did not take seriously enough the mental illness issue, and moved on the cold blood murderer field. For what I know I would rather start with a srious screening of AK personality. U know? somehow insane people r innocent and r considered so by law
@EyeinTeaJay That said, i tell u what my posture is: there's definetly a mental issue with AK, that could have an unpredictable depth. I keep the likely innocent hypotesys, while I admit she couldhave been involved to a degree that hasn't been figure out yet. Things certainly didn't go as shown here above, but could have gone somehow in a complicity of a murder. In anycase it's no good solution for her to stay longer in prison and Im happy she is back w/ her family. Further investigacions needed
@EyeinTeaJay woops, I found more and I don't like it- Here some other pieces, in the third and last reconstruction of events RS told: "In my former statement I told you a load of rubbish because I believed Amanda’s version of what happened and did not think about the inconsistencies"
Then he says "he and Knox returned to his flat at approximately 8:30pm, and Knox left his apartment, while he stayed there, and she returned at around 1:00am. He believed that she went to see if she had to work" Bad
@lotorobly - got facts wrong. Police got Raffaele to admit that while asleep he could not swear to anything but he was sure Amanda didn't leave. In further diary statements in the days after the 6th, he was upset because he had no clear memory of what all happend on the night of 1st Nov. He swore off smoking pot because of that.
Bottom line, weak alibi, poor memory means nothing - there is NO PROOF either was in Meredith's room. That is first step to proving guilt and it failed.
@EyeinTeaJay RS: “I try to understand what Amanda’s role was in this event. The Amanda that I know is an Amanda who lives a carefree life. Her only thought is the pursuit of pleasure at all times. But even the thought that she could be a killer is impossible for me. I have read her version of events. Some of the things she said are not true, but I don’t know why she said them.” Very bad
Dude, we have a consistent suspect here. She lied and showed way lot of anormalities, too many*
@lotorobly "A consistent suspect"? LOL, not sure if you heard or not but she was innocent. All charges stemming from the murder of Kircher were dropped. You can not convict someone because they do not act the way you think they should. Have you ever been in AK's position? If not, how do you know how you would react? You have no idea. Now you're just becoming entertaining. Let go, move on, she did not do it, and there is not one piece of evidence that points the finger at her.
@EyeinTeaJay dude, d u know how it works? It is written in criminal law books: trial truth -formal truth- IS NOT actual truth or reality. Formal truth is what emerge through formal procedures, Say that i have a video of someone killing u, but for some formal rule it can't be accepted: the murderer walk free EVEN IF everybody knows who the killer is. They supposed not having enough reliable evidence FORMALLY accepted, that's why she's been aquitted
@lotorobly - read actual verdict. Stronger than "reasonable doubt", it reads: "did not commit the crime".
You want more, get Guede to talk.
There is a lot of physical evidence of Guede's presense. Where is all evidence of Knox and Sollecito in room? There should be just as much. Or there should be evidence of cleaning (none found) and Guede's marks would have been disturbed (were not).
There is NO evidence of presence, circumtantial evidence points them at home, you have denied truth.
@HatingIsUgly you ask: "where is evidence of Knox and Solooecito in room?"Answer: Amanda told so herself. SHE is the one who put herself in that house during murder of Meredith. Also some other people too, including Guede, Sollecito, 2 different eye witnessess who said she was standing outside the house that night. She doesn't have any alibi, or if she had, Sollecito destroyed it.She will go soon back to prison for 26 years.
@1974Coconut - You can twist truth into a lie all you want. There is not one single document of piece of evidence that puts Knox in Meredith's room.
Not even the police creations of the morning of the 6th.
Those documents were refuted within 48hours TWICE. They were so bad that they make absolutely no sense and are not supported by any physical evidence or circumstantial evidencee. IN FACT - AK & RS activities at his flat on the 1st, proven in court, completely destroy the statements.
@HatingIsUgly - Your "eyewitnesses" were laughed out of court. Plus, if Curatolo had any credability, he actually provided an ALIBI for the prosecutions time of death.
Who else? Give names? Guede saw Amanda (in his 3rd version) recognized Amanda, running, away from him, in pitch black at 9:30pm through a window, a coupld hundred feet away! LOL!
Who else? The broken down car by the house? No, they saw no one come and go all during the time Mignini wants to say the murder took place.
@HatingIsUgly Amanda said herself in written statement that she was present when Meredith was murdered, and she blocked her ears when she screamed. This scream is evidence against Amanda. That information about loud scream knew police only, and murderes/witnesses. Nobody else knew about it.Oh, she was there indeed, watching how they sliced her throath. Little American is going doing time in italian prison for 26 years+ will pay a million euros for the victims she has tried to destroy...Ha Ha Ha!
@1974Coconut - Please, coconut, don't display your ignorance like that.
Everyone knows how the police created those statements and how they were refuted TWICE within 24hours.
Every statement she made before the 6th and after the 6th completely destroys any validity the coerced police creations of fantasy that Mignini stupidly thought he could manipulate in court. It backfired and put rotten egg all over his and the police faces. Hellmann made sure the entire world knew that. Hold breath.
@HatingIsUgly Really? So POLICE created the statement where Lumumba was the killer? How interesting theory! Perhaps it was the policce forces themselves who killed Meredith? And Pope too, and maybe even the Kercher family themselves?? What else you have? Your theories are so smart, the world needs you as a crime investigator!
@1974Coconut - You do realize that Amanda Knox's proficiency in Italian at the time of the murder was pretty limited? You did know that? Have you been laboring all this time without that elemental fact? You did know that Raffaele had to interpret for her what the police were saying when they discovered Meredith's body?
Sorry that everyone has let you wander down that rabbit path making up your theories in such ignorance.
@EyeinTeaJay i hope u r interested in truth, in here. I struggled for fundamenting her innocence. But now I see. There's a problem with this lady. She consciously used RS as her alibi and involved him. He is the dumb kid, while AK lied. And this results by telephone: she connected to a different phone tower at about 9, not the one by RS flat. And there's that misty image of parking camera: she apparently walking up to the house, in the range of murder hours.
@EyeinTeaJay come on, don't play the devil's role. Reality works on a stream of coherents elements which connect each other into a consistent meaning. If u look for a meaning, for events, declarations, behaviours, proofs: it all just lead in one intelligible direction. On the other side, what r u specultating about? Chaos? It doesn't work like that
@lotorobly I'm not speculating, you are. Everything you have said adds up to a big fat 0. Whatever you believe happened, there is no proof of it. The Italian prosecutor said he looked at AK and knew she was involved, are you two related? I want facts, and without facts and hard evidence, I will not be swayed. The italian justice system proved itself to be a joke for even attempting to prosecute AK. The "evidence" against AK is not enough to extradite from the US. Keystone cops
@EyeinTeaJay hei u r wrong. I told u some of the facts, and other should know urself. There's no enough DNA evidence in that room, is it this the point u r grasping on for saying: no, AK is innocent? That would not be a compliment to ur brain nor to ur honesty
,there's a problem with this woman. Now if u don't want to see it or accept it, it could only mean u don't care about truth nor about the death of an innocent, Meredith Kercher
@lotorobly You are so right, those who defend Amanda and Raffaele, really do NOT care about the truth, or murdered victim at all. They are dishonest and intellectually liers.
@1974Coconut - I guess you think Hellmann and Zanetti are lying in their report? Because that is the only factual court report on this case. Compared to the Massei Report that was completely dependent on conjecture shown by reliance on guesses (used "probably" 39 times to reach any conclusion on testimony and evidence - i.e., had no basis for conclusion by fantasy.
@EyeinTeaJay ok, i see: u say "the evidence against AK is not enough to extradite her from US"
What a heck of argument is that? I don't think about extradting her. Im not the prosecutor
I am just reconstructing the case.
I haven't reached a conclusion yet.I just collected enough elements for the inlook
She lied and looked for an alibi, she wasn't at RS flat. She showed ill behaviours afterward, she contraddicted herself in her declarations. Supposing she went to the house, what happened and how?
@EyeinTeaJay I guess something can have happened, and quite difficult to figure out. U can suppose some complicity with Guede -probably of the weirdest kind
I told u, the only point to me to conclude it is understanding why Guede did not say it all if true? That would lead again to just one possibility: some personality desorder in her, something u could define witchy. That kind of complicity would be something not to talk about again under any circumstance: it would just worsen ur position
@EyeinTeaJay u know -and sorry for addressing u so much- facts push and bring her constantly back to the crime scene. It is simply indeniable. The fact that murder hasn't been reconstructed acceptably up to now doesn't make it less evident there's a shadow point right over AK and involves her on guilty
So i have to suppose just something really WEIRD in AK can put everything toghether - but something beyond ordinary, that is the only glue that sticks it all
@EyeinTeaJay other facts: d u know a third room mate spotted a wound on her on the day after? This witness asked if it looked like a "loving sign" said it wasn't that kind, but as a sign when u got hit.
How could there be so much to deny, to believe she is innocent?
Until I find somebody with more inlook I have to keep now a very plausible ill driven murder based on an unpredictable complicity.
If she was innocent it would have been so easy for her, just saying the truth and showing concern
@lotorobly Just seeing the truth the way you wish to see it, thats fine. Here in the US we have a constitution which says we are innocent until proven guilty. For a case such as AK's, guilt would have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Even a truck load of speculation is overcome by reasonable doubt. You can have all the speculation and assumptions you like, nothing you have amounts to a hard fact, even after four years of this comedy of errors called the Italian Justice syatem.
@EyeinTeaJay well, in case u don't know the european criminal law system is much more favorable to the person of the prosecuted, in many ways: all the system is human oriented, and not based on the concept of social revenge and mercyless punishment, as in US. As u should know, every DNA proof will never be enough and it's always debatable, ANY. U should be aware of the many that has been sentenced and executed in US even if innocent and in doubt
@EyeinTeaJay not to say nothing about the jail system in US, which is a hell, apart the fact that US has the largest part of the population incarcerated of every country, that 20 to 40% got infected pf hepatitis while in jail, 7% r raped in thei current facilities, 21% have been coerced into sexual activity, there's one inmate death a week
Check wikipedia and understand why Human Right Watch and Amnesty International consider US to violate systematically human rights in every aspect of justice
@EyeinTeaJay so the point is putting thing straight. I hoped Amanda Knox, a student from Seattle, had been caught without fault in a tragic events, because of rootless speculations and apparences, but I have to retract. There's been enough to consider her a suspect and to incriminate her. She lied and showed to have in many ways a deviant personality. Some of the evidencies tie her into the the murder, even if it cant be said yet how.
@EyeinTeaJay she made up a false alibi and involved RS, as a shield: he has to be regarded as victim of Knox behaviours. About truth in the trail, it's likely she received the better treatment possible, and I said I think they subestimted the mental illness scenario. They likely thought it was toomuch: she is just a student
But sometimes deep mental illness or personality desordrs show out all of a sudden, like a dragon from the waters
Here in Europe we don't sentence jail nor execute mental ill
@lotorobly - Cell tower at 9pm was Meredith's cell phone. It connected to different tower at 9:56pm. Amanda's last call was at 8:30pm from tower closest to Sollecito's.
At least get facts right.
The parking camera was Meredith. It was consitent with time her friend said she was headed home. Even judge's got that right. But you can't??
@lotorobly - She might be mentally ill (no proof of that or it would have come out in testimony) but bottom line, there is ZERO proof she was in Meredith's room and all circumstantial evidence points to her and Raffaele being in his flat, AT LEAST, until the time of death.
@lotorobly - learn a little bit of American slang. We often say we could kill for a Coke or drink or food or about anything. We would think nothing of saying that.
What do you mean about never saying "Meredith"? So, you using media stories as truth? No, that is niave.
Then you jump to the imaging the police led Knox through - "you are there, why can't you hear her scream? I covered my ears?" Read through the entire testimony and it should anger all Italians. There are more stories of this.
1) I had been there but not when she was killed. Had sex. She was alive.
2) To friend "I was there but Knox was not there. It was short, left handed Italian."
3) To police, for testimony in Knox trial, "It was Sollecito (taller than Guede, right handed). I saw Knox outside from back (completely dark, at a distance from back)
wow seriously they made a cartoon about Amanda killing her so it must have happened and was used as evidence.... I need to go to Italy and make a cartoon that I won the lottery after if its in a cartoon it must be real so I' m sure they'll pay up.
It turns out that Antonio Curatolo believes that Halloween falls on Nov. 1.
He remembers distinctly seeing Raffaele and Amanda among crowds of young people dressed in costume for Halloween near the apartment where Meredith was murdered.
So, the prosecution's star witness saw Amanda and Raffaele near the apartment on the NIGHT BEFORE THE MURDER.
@cedric1546 : Ok enough of this. Again I will say that most crimes are resolved on circumstantial evidence alone.
She went to buy lingerie with her boyfriend next day instead of going to funeral, did cartwheels and smiled at camera in police station, stated an african bar owner killed her while she was in kitchen, then changed her story (she was sued for slander)..etcetc
sloppy police work or not, 1 or 45 days later, how is Sollecito's DNA on MK's bra clasp?
They lied many many times, and in very strange ways. Once they state they were there, next they don't.
They lied about man things..nothing truthful every came from their mouths to place them anywhere other than the crime scene.
Whether they did it or not is unknown.
Perhaps choosing to state they were not there at all, as to say they were ther in anyway would immediately make them appear guilty of the entire act upon lying so much.
Excuse me, but Italy is not the 3rd world. I live here, and asure you although Italians put PEOPLE first before careers and the rat race, they are equally lost in tech as the USA.
Nevertheless, Sollecito said he was watching anime on computer, when he was not online AT ALL. Precise time is irrelevant, no?
Anyway, this is simplyall tragic. And a shame the truth willnever be known, and a lovely person lost their life and future. Nothing more..
The whole case boils down to the Police thinking that Amanda and Raffaele lied about:
1. Where they were the night of the murder - a witness, Antonia Curatolo, said he saw them near the apt on the night of Nov. 1.
2. The time Raffaele called the police the morning after - the police did not accept the official time recorded by the cellphone company, relying instead on the clocks at the police department and the watches of the field officers.
This video is a joke. It shows Amanda stabbing Kercher but overlooks the blood splatter that would have covered all three killers, oh wait it did get all over Guede. Funny how Guede left his DNA and hand prints with Kerchers blood everywhere, but Amanda left none. The only thing this video proves is that the person who made it is an idiot.
@EyeinTeaJay Amanda was washing clothes in washing machine when police arrived, didn't you know it?Also Sollecito has presented himself already in one photo wearing csi clothes (white suit) and holding a butcher knive,he could have been wearing that at then.
@1974Coconut Could have been wearing it? Should we start prosecuting people on what they could have done? Washing clothes? Well why didnt they say that in the first place? Of course she's guilty if she was washing clothes. Thats the problem with this whole mess, everyone assumes, and then try's to bend the facts to fit their assumptions.
@EyeinTeaJay I just answered what you asked about bloodspatters all over the stabbers. Can't you remember your own messages? I gave you a realibe answer why on Amanda's clothes were no blood: when other people came in to the house, the washing machine was spinning and was at the end of washing clothes. Wow! Your apartment has just been broken in to, and you have nothing else to do , but start washing clothes, even before calling police! Besides, this case is NOT a mess, it's very clear.
@1974Coconut Were they washing tyvek suits, or clothes? The blood would have been all over them, the carpets and anywhere they moved to in order to clean themselves. The case is very clear, Guede acted alone.
@EyeinTeaJayThe blood propably was all over them! I doubt any murderer is going to show off their blood covered murder clothes to others, but to get rid of them, with any way possible(burning, washing, hiding...anything) They were very cunning and sneaky...The toilet was filled with blood, even AFTER Amanda cleaned the place with bleach and mop, and of course we have Sollecito's bloody foot step on the rug. They took a shower and wash themselves after the killing!
@1974Coconut A forensics expert said it was impossible for them to commit the crime and leave no trace of themselves behind. The "bloody footprint" tested negative for blood. Who said Amanda cleaned the place with a mop and bleach? Everything you state has been disproven or is speculation. Re-post when you have something solid. Emotion and hunch's are not proof.
@EyeinTeaJay There were clean up: WHERE did disappear OTHER bloody footsteps leading from murder scene to toilet? There is one visible bloody footstep on toilet rug, where are OTHER footsteps? Answer:they were cleaned! So that proves it. Even a child would understand that.
@1974Coconut You are an idiot if you believe that two kids can clean all detectable blood out of a carpet, but still leave all evidence behind from one and only one person. is it so hard to wrap that little mind of yours around the idea that Guede acted alone? I think it is. Have you been reading british tabloids too much?
@EyeinTeaJay It's been proven scientifically that Guede couldn't do this crime alone. The body was moved a long time after the murder, the scream and running noises gave a time for this crime, no murderer goes back to move dead body to strange house, and stay there staging burglary or cleaning blood from floors. Guede said Amanda was there, and that's it. Get it , or go away from this crime discussion, since you are a liar.
@1974Coconut I will stay in the discussion as long as I wish. Believe what you will. There are people in this world who are terminally stupid. Good luck with that.
@1974Coconut the dark side of the three or of the four including poor Meredith Kercher showed up that night, on the hallowen day. From the very back of their mind filled with gore fantasies, fulled by pills and cocaine, pot and alcohol, it all went into the wrong side, like a nightmare, and it happened
Like a silly furious game none was responsible for, they all lost consciousness and entered the devil zone, moving like automats, forgot what happened after
@1974Coconut you stupid fuck. Prove to me right now with factual evidence that Guede didn't do it alone. The fact of the matter is we'll never know the ENTIRE truth because the prosec. and the investigators screwed up so badly..but the truth is that a huge miscarriage of justice occurred - that's undeniable. Luckily Knox and Sollecito have been freed. Either way, you need to get your facts straight before you make such big accusations
Amanda Knox is a convicted slanderer. She accused her boss, Patrick Lumumba of murder - and did three years in prison for it. The only difference between Amanda Knox and Casey Anthony is a massive PR campaign and Donald Trump's money. Every cent Amanda Knox will make from movies, books, and interviews will drip with Meredith Kercher's blood. The judge in the second trial (Claudio Hellman) says "Amanda and Raffaele may have been involved - but we can't prove it."
@Turrican4D "Involved" does not necessarily mean DIRECTLY involved. I prefer to wait on Judge Hellman's report on his court verdict. Also, the Supreme court in Rome said there was more than one attacker, yet others insist Rudy Guede did it alone. Contradictions are apparent, and I refuse to accept as the sole authority the word of a slanderer, despite Donald Trump,Oprah and other wealthy media stars.
@c0uchp0tat0e1 AGREED. Among other things...the behavior and actions of them both is highly suspicious at the very least.
Lying about being online when they weren't. the DNA arguments are moot and trivial.
Stating they were tainted, etc. is absurd...if their DNA was on the items such as bra clasp and knife in ANY WAY...how can they be TAINTED if they were not there?!
A tragedy and I hope the guilty ppl involved are tortured for the rest of their lives. The conscience and karma are a bitch!
@2manysecrets2 exactly that computer thing and just the weirddddd fact they turned their cellphones off at the same time that night. who does that? also if shes that sweet a girl and innocent, why sleep w/a guy u knew for 1 wk and smoke weed w/ him?
ak and rs were switching their mobile phones off at the same time that night. they NEVER done that weeks and months before. phones were switched off whole night. the next morning they turned them on again. at the same time and phone bill proves that...
@niktendo2000 that doesn't mean that the phone records couldn't be checked before they met. Do you understand anyting about this case? Every little thing they did prooves they were seriously involved with this.
Kids America and the country in which they scandalously OJ Simpson released from jail despite the evidence against him, and movies. Fortunately for Amanda and the guilt of those who did not collect evidence properly and Italy being a democratic country can not 'keep a person in jail without any evidence! Regarding the U.S. court system with their anti-human could not even be part of Europe, can 'keep company to China or Iran
wow ... questo video è completamente stupido. la gente non dovrebbe rendere i video con ritardo a meno che non so per FACT cosa è realmente accaduto. gente stupida
the animation is bullshit. no-one knows precisely what happened, and even details that we do know are portrayed incorrectly in the video. what a load of crap
Right.... like ill belive this bullshit...... i got one explanantion who did it .... and i know who did it......... the guy who killed Meredith Kirch...... it was him all along ..... simple as that sheeeesh and you call that an italian police force..... sheeeesh ......rookies ....
@russiannuke123 But Rudy Guede didn't have any reason to kill Meredith, nor had he any reason to stage a bulgrary (noting was stolen from Filomena's room). If he would have acted alone, there wouldn't have been no reason to stage it. ONLY one who would have had a reason to stage a break-in was a person who was both quilty and lived there. That only person can be : Amanda Knox. A. has lied under oath, that she never knew Guede before,But this has been proven to be a lie.WHY lie about knowing someone
@1974Coconut LQQL! Your reasoning power seems to have the same limits as a coconut so nice channel name choice. Now you can mention my channel name since it's totally irrelevant to your utterly moronic simpleton comment. Thank god the courts did not have losers like you involved at the end
@1974Coconut Rudy Guede had to pay rent.and he did not have the money so he decided to break in and rob a home (something he did 4x in the month before the murder) he thought there would be some..he thought no one would be home..his DNA is on Merediths purse..his alone...he stated he arrived at 8:38..he also said he left her there bleeding to death..and the best is..his sentence was reduced because he said he was sorry for not helping her while she lay bleeding to death.
@9bronxgirl Unlogigal! If Guede was going to rob someone,it would have been a home of a wealthy people, not students, and he KNEW who lived in that house, he KNEW they would be in the house, or coming home very soon.Even downstairs would have been better target to rob, not 2 nd floor. He could have just knocked the door and ask Mer or Amanda to let him in, he KNEW them! No need to break in! Therefore break in was staged, by someone who lived there, nobody else didn't have any REASON to stage it.
@Agaotaku The break in was staged, because nobody came through that window, glass was still on ints frame.Amanda had to stage a break in, otherwise she would have been seen as guilty immediately because she had a key to the house and was only one in town of those who lived there. She let Guede in.So only way to save her was to make it look someone else came through window as if coming to steal something. Too bad, she accidently forgot to actully take anything. LOL.
@1974Coconut then the aliens came to perugia...how imaginative you are.... how you know amanda did it? you were there? you saw it with YOUR OWN EYES? you dont have ANY PROOF to support your comment.
@1974Coconut - Actually, a police investigator with Perigian police, an Italian crime scene reconstruction expert, Guede's own M.O. and the jury for the 2nd level court disagreed with you. It wasn't staged, it actually happened.
Unless you have the technical expertise to demonstrate otherwise, guess you are wrong again.
@9bronxgirl "he thought noone would be home"not true! How do you know what he knew? It's more likely to assume Guede thought every one of 4 tenants would be in,they all 4 lived there! You see how illogigal assumption you made. That's why it's IMPOSSIBLE that Guede would have broken in there!1)he knew 2 of them,2)they were at home,or coming very soon,3)he would have been let in,because he knew them.No need to break in on friend's apartment.Who would break in if they think or know they are coming soon
@1974Coconut Amanda and Raffaele were found Innocnet of "staging a break in" Rudy was not friends with the girls upstairs..they met him once for a short while downstairs..he was not a friend. Is that what you do..meet someone at a friends house once, then consider them a friend? Some friend he turned out to be...sexing Mederith while she bled to death after he stabbed her...then went to a club to party...then fled to Germany.
I just heard about this case yesterday. Anyway I'm happy for Amanda, she's beautiful and smart and deserves to be free. Poor girl, I would be so scared if i had to spend a few years in jail.
@mb4308 nothing like using logic from a hollywood movie "you hae 2 people in the cells the guilty one will laugh and even go asleep the innocent one will stay awake w, wont sleep and cry all nite" that came from one of the boring ass movies my wife likes
So the bitch really kill the poor girl!

@tommitd3 actually, amanda knox did not have a lot of money
if you did your research you would realize that her family had to take out multiple loans to even with her. Furthermore, her sister had to drop out of college and take two jobs in order to help.

@TurtlesAndBirds - Actually, Amanda Knox had $19,000 in cash for the year in Perugia. Enjoy the fantasy of creating your own imaginary evidence.
What a stupid YouTube video and comments.

@HatingIsUgly
brilliant name. really does you justice.
TurtlesAndBirds 1 week ago
@TurtlesAndBirds - Not disagreeing with you that her family was not rich but she had worked hard to save money for her year there and did not need to rob Meredith.
By the way, it was her friend Madison that worked two jobs and dropped out of school to be in Italy for most of Amanda's time in jail.
I hope she sues the crap out of Italy and wish she could sue for personal damages from Mignini. Has to wait for the calumnia charge to be repealed and sue for the entire four years, not just one.

1974Coconut 4 months ago
@1974Coconut - burglar choose a home he knew of and that it was likely the girls were out on the town. IT WAS A WEEKEND!
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@HatingIsUgly The "burglar" was Guede, who knew both Amanda and Meredith. he was Amanda's drug dealer most likely. He knew the 2 girls were in town that night, because they were foreigners, Amanda and Meredith had nowhere else to go, since they lived there, obviously Guede knew they were at home.
1974Coconut 1 week ago
@1974Coconut - How long is your nose? You love to spout stuff from the Perugian police that got completely crushed in trial like it is something written in granite. The only proven association between Guede and the girls was an introduction in the boy's flat downstairs. There are no phone records, no text messages, no witnesses, NOTHING that puts Meredith, Amanda or Raffaele as associates with Guede.
"obviously they were at home" - You didn't go to college did you? A holiday weekend?

@EyeinTeaJay hi, i hope u r well informed about all this case. i would like to see more clearly. It is true that still it's not clear at allwhat could have happened. I reached the conclusion AK is innocent, but d u know how many weird things she did and said? Just stunning.. And never showed at any point any real concern about Meredith's death
Just to list a few, the "all u need is love" t shirt, enourmous blood red writing; taking a shower when there was BLOOD on the floor..
I think AK is mad
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly From what I have read the bathroom was not covered in blood. The photo released by the prosecution was a photo taken after the bathroom had been sprayed with a chemical that turns red when it comes in contact with proteins. This is like luminol but red instead of blue. There were a few spots of blood, but the largest I seen in police pohotos were about the size of a pencil eraser. You use the term "blood red" but aren't most things having to do with Valentines Day, red?
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay first i tell u what's my point of view, im just interested in truth, i dont love nor hate AK, the victim is Meredith
About what u say: no, that's what she reported to the police and what they found! There was blood spread on the bathroom floor and she previously took a shower before minding calling the police!! OOo just google it and u ll find the entire datas
About the t shirt, well but i can u choose a t shirt like that when u have to declare about the murder of uR flAt mate?mad
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly - There is a police video, on web, took of the bathroom. It was spotless/clean. Only with very close inspection was there visible a drop of blood on faucet (Knox's) and the red, watery stain on rug. They sprayed the room down and guess what ... it reacted with bathroom cleaner to turn the room red (also photographed). Both photos and police video can be found on internet.
Nothing in the bathroom that day would have hinted at a murder happening in Meredith's room.
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@EyeinTeaJay She told me 'It's very odd. I've just come back to the house and the door is open. I had a shower but there's blood everywhere. I'm going to get Raff. Meredith is nowhere to be seen. Oh God, maybe something's happened to her, something tragic.'"
That's what she said on the telephone to a third flat mate! it doesn't sound straight at all
She forgets she is saying sHe tOOk a shower WITH BLOOD AROUND! o_o
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly - media quote exagerated the blood statement. Doesn't matter. They took photos and video. Bathroom looked spotless. She said she didn't notice drop of blood on faucet or red stain until AFTER shower. She had no reason to suspect anything bad.
Get the quotes - she told the flat mate that there were a few odd things, one room looked like it had been ransacked, and Meredith's door was locked.
Still, nothing in any of that to suggest a murder, maybe a robbery.
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@lotorobly - Things that have not been answered:
1) Who left semen on pillow below Meredith
2) Who parked dark car with old tags in drive on 1st Nov
3) Why was Meredith partially wrapped in duvet (left side beneath her body)
4) Why did Guede only leave left shoeprint in hallway to front door
5) How was Guede paying rent without a job
6) Why would Lamumba seek out Knox morning of 5th to talk to media (greed?)
7) Why would Knox have work schedule for 1st and beyond if Lamumba fired her
etc
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@EyeinTeaJay ..or she writing in her diary after the murder she was "so hungry she could murder a pizza" ::O-o
Or the fact that she never named Meredith -never used her name, like don't care who even she was
Or that she could have not heard her screaming simply by covering her ears, just like that
So i reached the conclusion that unfortunately ..she could have killed and she could be a psicotic for real.
But then -and that's the Q i d like someone to answer- if true why didn't Guede tell it all?
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly I'm not going to answer for the things she said and did that you dont agree with. Name any one thing you mentioned that proves someone is guilty of murder. The bathroom crime photos show small spots of blood, the bathroom is not covered in blood. Instead of looking at what she did, try looking at what she didnt do. She didnt run back to the US after the murder, she spoke with, and cooperated with police without an attorney. I dont care to change your mind, just glad she's home. USA
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay i hope u understand it's not a dispute for me. what u say doesn't disprove that she could be mentally ill, or a psycotic. She could have been not aware of what she did, she could have a personality problem and there's quite an evidence about this I think.
Here what they say: "Police forensic experts later found 13 traces of blood in the bathroom, including a 10-inch-long smear on the floor and numerous droplets." How could ve she waited and taken a flowery shower before giving care?
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly So, four years in an Italian prison and they couldnt figure out if she is mentally ill or not? To use your "logic" you have shown me nothing to prove that you're not mentally ill. Luckily the burden of proof is on the prosecution and not the accused. The blood had been wiped up and the spots found by police were done with a chemical like luminol'; Hence the "traces of blood". You're right, it's not a dispute, The only question here is why she was ever in jail.
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay i think u r going wrong on the analysys, while everybody should be just interested in truth. The weird things AK did and say r just an endless stream. I think they did not take seriously enough the mental illness issue, and moved on the cold blood murderer field. For what I know I would rather start with a srious screening of AK personality. U know? somehow insane people r innocent and r considered so by law
lotorobly 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay That said, i tell u what my posture is: there's definetly a mental issue with AK, that could have an unpredictable depth. I keep the likely innocent hypotesys, while I admit she couldhave been involved to a degree that hasn't been figure out yet. Things certainly didn't go as shown here above, but could have gone somehow in a complicity of a murder. In anycase it's no good solution for her to stay longer in prison and Im happy she is back w/ her family. Further investigacions needed
lotorobly 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay woops, I found more and I don't like it- Here some other pieces, in the third and last reconstruction of events RS told: "In my former statement I told you a load of rubbish because I believed Amanda’s version of what happened and did not think about the inconsistencies"
Then he says "he and Knox returned to his flat at approximately 8:30pm, and Knox left his apartment, while he stayed there, and she returned at around 1:00am. He believed that she went to see if she had to work" Bad
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly - got facts wrong. Police got Raffaele to admit that while asleep he could not swear to anything but he was sure Amanda didn't leave. In further diary statements in the days after the 6th, he was upset because he had no clear memory of what all happend on the night of 1st Nov. He swore off smoking pot because of that.
Bottom line, weak alibi, poor memory means nothing - there is NO PROOF either was in Meredith's room. That is first step to proving guilt and it failed.
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@EyeinTeaJay RS: “I try to understand what Amanda’s role was in this event. The Amanda that I know is an Amanda who lives a carefree life. Her only thought is the pursuit of pleasure at all times. But even the thought that she could be a killer is impossible for me. I have read her version of events. Some of the things she said are not true, but I don’t know why she said them.” Very bad
Dude, we have a consistent suspect here. She lied and showed way lot of anormalities, too many*
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly "A consistent suspect"? LOL, not sure if you heard or not but she was innocent. All charges stemming from the murder of Kircher were dropped. You can not convict someone because they do not act the way you think they should. Have you ever been in AK's position? If not, how do you know how you would react? You have no idea. Now you're just becoming entertaining. Let go, move on, she did not do it, and there is not one piece of evidence that points the finger at her.
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay dude, d u know how it works? It is written in criminal law books: trial truth -formal truth- IS NOT actual truth or reality. Formal truth is what emerge through formal procedures, Say that i have a video of someone killing u, but for some formal rule it can't be accepted: the murderer walk free EVEN IF everybody knows who the killer is. They supposed not having enough reliable evidence FORMALLY accepted, that's why she's been aquitted
But here we r talking about TRUTH as simple
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly - read actual verdict. Stronger than "reasonable doubt", it reads: "did not commit the crime".
You want more, get Guede to talk.
There is a lot of physical evidence of Guede's presense. Where is all evidence of Knox and Sollecito in room? There should be just as much. Or there should be evidence of cleaning (none found) and Guede's marks would have been disturbed (were not).
There is NO evidence of presence, circumtantial evidence points them at home, you have denied truth.
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@HatingIsUgly you ask: "where is evidence of Knox and Solooecito in room?"Answer: Amanda told so herself. SHE is the one who put herself in that house during murder of Meredith. Also some other people too, including Guede, Sollecito, 2 different eye witnessess who said she was standing outside the house that night. She doesn't have any alibi, or if she had, Sollecito destroyed it.She will go soon back to prison for 26 years.
1974Coconut 2 days ago
@1974Coconut - You can twist truth into a lie all you want. There is not one single document of piece of evidence that puts Knox in Meredith's room.
Not even the police creations of the morning of the 6th.
Those documents were refuted within 48hours TWICE. They were so bad that they make absolutely no sense and are not supported by any physical evidence or circumstantial evidencee. IN FACT - AK & RS activities at his flat on the 1st, proven in court, completely destroy the statements.
HatingIsUgly 2 days ago
@HatingIsUgly - Your "eyewitnesses" were laughed out of court. Plus, if Curatolo had any credability, he actually provided an ALIBI for the prosecutions time of death.
Who else? Give names? Guede saw Amanda (in his 3rd version) recognized Amanda, running, away from him, in pitch black at 9:30pm through a window, a coupld hundred feet away! LOL!
Who else? The broken down car by the house? No, they saw no one come and go all during the time Mignini wants to say the murder took place.
HatingIsUgly 2 days ago
@HatingIsUgly Amanda said herself in written statement that she was present when Meredith was murdered, and she blocked her ears when she screamed. This scream is evidence against Amanda. That information about loud scream knew police only, and murderes/witnesses. Nobody else knew about it.Oh, she was there indeed, watching how they sliced her throath. Little American is going doing time in italian prison for 26 years+ will pay a million euros for the victims she has tried to destroy...Ha Ha Ha!
1974Coconut 2 days ago
@1974Coconut - Please, coconut, don't display your ignorance like that.
Everyone knows how the police created those statements and how they were refuted TWICE within 24hours.
Every statement she made before the 6th and after the 6th completely destroys any validity the coerced police creations of fantasy that Mignini stupidly thought he could manipulate in court. It backfired and put rotten egg all over his and the police faces. Hellmann made sure the entire world knew that. Hold breath.
HatingIsUgly 2 days ago
@HatingIsUgly Really? So POLICE created the statement where Lumumba was the killer? How interesting theory! Perhaps it was the policce forces themselves who killed Meredith? And Pope too, and maybe even the Kercher family themselves?? What else you have? Your theories are so smart, the world needs you as a crime investigator!
1974Coconut 1 day ago
@1974Coconut - You do realize that Amanda Knox's proficiency in Italian at the time of the murder was pretty limited? You did know that? Have you been laboring all this time without that elemental fact? You did know that Raffaele had to interpret for her what the police were saying when they discovered Meredith's body?
Sorry that everyone has let you wander down that rabbit path making up your theories in such ignorance.
HatingIsUgly 1 day ago
@EyeinTeaJay i hope u r interested in truth, in here. I struggled for fundamenting her innocence. But now I see. There's a problem with this lady. She consciously used RS as her alibi and involved him. He is the dumb kid, while AK lied. And this results by telephone: she connected to a different phone tower at about 9, not the one by RS flat. And there's that misty image of parking camera: she apparently walking up to the house, in the range of murder hours.
I see something bad and consistent*
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly I see something bad a consistent here too, it's called speculation.
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay come on, don't play the devil's role. Reality works on a stream of coherents elements which connect each other into a consistent meaning. If u look for a meaning, for events, declarations, behaviours, proofs: it all just lead in one intelligible direction. On the other side, what r u specultating about? Chaos? It doesn't work like that
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly I'm not speculating, you are. Everything you have said adds up to a big fat 0. Whatever you believe happened, there is no proof of it. The Italian prosecutor said he looked at AK and knew she was involved, are you two related? I want facts, and without facts and hard evidence, I will not be swayed. The italian justice system proved itself to be a joke for even attempting to prosecute AK. The "evidence" against AK is not enough to extradite from the US. Keystone cops
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay hei u r wrong. I told u some of the facts, and other should know urself. There's no enough DNA evidence in that room, is it this the point u r grasping on for saying: no, AK is innocent? That would not be a compliment to ur brain nor to ur honesty
,there's a problem with this woman. Now if u don't want to see it or accept it, it could only mean u don't care about truth nor about the death of an innocent, Meredith Kercher
And would be a wrongful, sad choice

HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@EyeinTeaJay ok, i see: u say "the evidence against AK is not enough to extradite her from US"
What a heck of argument is that? I don't think about extradting her. Im not the prosecutor
I am just reconstructing the case.
I haven't reached a conclusion yet.I just collected enough elements for the inlook
She lied and looked for an alibi, she wasn't at RS flat. She showed ill behaviours afterward, she contraddicted herself in her declarations. Supposing she went to the house, what happened and how?
lotorobly 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay I guess something can have happened, and quite difficult to figure out. U can suppose some complicity with Guede -probably of the weirdest kind
I told u, the only point to me to conclude it is understanding why Guede did not say it all if true? That would lead again to just one possibility: some personality desorder in her, something u could define witchy. That kind of complicity would be something not to talk about again under any circumstance: it would just worsen ur position
lotorobly 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay u know -and sorry for addressing u so much- facts push and bring her constantly back to the crime scene. It is simply indeniable. The fact that murder hasn't been reconstructed acceptably up to now doesn't make it less evident there's a shadow point right over AK and involves her on guilty
So i have to suppose just something really WEIRD in AK can put everything toghether - but something beyond ordinary, that is the only glue that sticks it all
-this moves in direction of truth
lotorobly 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay other facts: d u know a third room mate spotted a wound on her on the day after? This witness asked if it looked like a "loving sign" said it wasn't that kind, but as a sign when u got hit.
How could there be so much to deny, to believe she is innocent?
Until I find somebody with more inlook I have to keep now a very plausible ill driven murder based on an unpredictable complicity.
If she was innocent it would have been so easy for her, just saying the truth and showing concern
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly Just seeing the truth the way you wish to see it, thats fine. Here in the US we have a constitution which says we are innocent until proven guilty. For a case such as AK's, guilt would have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Even a truck load of speculation is overcome by reasonable doubt. You can have all the speculation and assumptions you like, nothing you have amounts to a hard fact, even after four years of this comedy of errors called the Italian Justice syatem.
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay well, in case u don't know the european criminal law system is much more favorable to the person of the prosecuted, in many ways: all the system is human oriented, and not based on the concept of social revenge and mercyless punishment, as in US. As u should know, every DNA proof will never be enough and it's always debatable, ANY. U should be aware of the many that has been sentenced and executed in US even if innocent and in doubt
In Europe we esteem truth first, human truth
lotorobly 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay not to say nothing about the jail system in US, which is a hell, apart the fact that US has the largest part of the population incarcerated of every country, that 20 to 40% got infected pf hepatitis while in jail, 7% r raped in thei current facilities, 21% have been coerced into sexual activity, there's one inmate death a week
Check wikipedia and understand why Human Right Watch and Amnesty International consider US to violate systematically human rights in every aspect of justice
lotorobly 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay so the point is putting thing straight. I hoped Amanda Knox, a student from Seattle, had been caught without fault in a tragic events, because of rootless speculations and apparences, but I have to retract. There's been enough to consider her a suspect and to incriminate her. She lied and showed to have in many ways a deviant personality. Some of the evidencies tie her into the the murder, even if it cant be said yet how.
lotorobly 4 months ago 2
@EyeinTeaJay she made up a false alibi and involved RS, as a shield: he has to be regarded as victim of Knox behaviours. About truth in the trail, it's likely she received the better treatment possible, and I said I think they subestimted the mental illness scenario. They likely thought it was toomuch: she is just a student
But sometimes deep mental illness or personality desordrs show out all of a sudden, like a dragon from the waters
Here in Europe we don't sentence jail nor execute mental ill
lotorobly 4 months ago
@lotorobly - Cell tower at 9pm was Meredith's cell phone. It connected to different tower at 9:56pm. Amanda's last call was at 8:30pm from tower closest to Sollecito's.
At least get facts right.
The parking camera was Meredith. It was consitent with time her friend said she was headed home. Even judge's got that right. But you can't??
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@lotorobly - She might be mentally ill (no proof of that or it would have come out in testimony) but bottom line, there is ZERO proof she was in Meredith's room and all circumstantial evidence points to her and Raffaele being in his flat, AT LEAST, until the time of death.
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@lotorobly - learn a little bit of American slang. We often say we could kill for a Coke or drink or food or about anything. We would think nothing of saying that.
What do you mean about never saying "Meredith"? So, you using media stories as truth? No, that is niave.
Then you jump to the imaging the police led Knox through - "you are there, why can't you hear her scream? I covered my ears?" Read through the entire testimony and it should anger all Italians. There are more stories of this.
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@lotorobly - Guede made several statements.

@2manysecrets2
So why was his testimony accepted at trial?
cedric1546 4 months ago
@2manysecrets2
Once the police decided that Amanda and Raffaele lied, they became certain that they were also guilty of the crime.
After that, they simply made the other evidence fit.
Typical sloppy police work.

This is not normal but sociopathic
2manysecrets2 4 months ago
They lied many many times, and in very strange ways. Once they state they were there, next they don't.
They lied about man things..nothing truthful every came from their mouths to place them anywhere other than the crime scene.
Whether they did it or not is unknown.
Perhaps choosing to state they were not there at all, as to say they were ther in anyway would immediately make them appear guilty of the entire act upon lying so much.
If guilty I hope their conscience destoys them.
2manysecrets2 4 months ago
@2manysecrets2
The cellphone company time stamp is done by computer. It is almost certainly right.
The police set their clocks and watches manually. They are almost certainly inaccurate.
So why did the court choose to believe the word of the police over the computer time stamp of the cellphone company?
cedric1546 4 months ago
@cedric1546
?? Is this a genuine argument ??
Excuse me, but Italy is not the 3rd world. I live here, and asure you although Italians put PEOPLE first before careers and the rat race, they are equally lost in tech as the USA.
Nevertheless, Sollecito said he was watching anime on computer, when he was not online AT ALL. Precise time is irrelevant, no?
Anyway, this is simplyall tragic. And a shame the truth willnever be known, and a lovely person lost their life and future. Nothing more..
2manysecrets2 4 months ago
@2manysecrets2
The whole case boils down to the Police thinking that Amanda and Raffaele lied about:
1. Where they were the night of the murder - a witness, Antonia Curatolo, said he saw them near the apt on the night of Nov. 1.
2. The time Raffaele called the police the morning after - the police did not accept the official time recorded by the cellphone company, relying instead on the clocks at the police department and the watches of the field officers.
cedric1546 4 months ago
@2manysecrets2 2 days ago
We can't verify what the police said about Raffaele's computer because THEY DESTROYED IT along with Amanda's.
The knife was found in Raffaele's kitchen drawer. DNA experts concluded it had Amanda's DNA on the handle and NO HUMAN DNA on the blade.
The bra clasp was left on the floor 41 days. No question it was contaminated and useless as evidence. We can't even check because THEY DESTROYED IT.

Realteen 5 months ago
This video is a joke. It shows Amanda stabbing Kercher but overlooks the blood splatter that would have covered all three killers, oh wait it did get all over Guede. Funny how Guede left his DNA and hand prints with Kerchers blood everywhere, but Amanda left none. The only thing this video proves is that the person who made it is an idiot.
EyeinTeaJay 5 months ago 11
@EyeinTeaJay Amanda was washing clothes in washing machine when police arrived, didn't you know it?Also Sollecito has presented himself already in one photo wearing csi clothes (white suit) and holding a butcher knive,he could have been wearing that at then.
1974Coconut 4 months ago
@1974Coconut Could have been wearing it? Should we start prosecuting people on what they could have done? Washing clothes? Well why didnt they say that in the first place? Of course she's guilty if she was washing clothes. Thats the problem with this whole mess, everyone assumes, and then try's to bend the facts to fit their assumptions.
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay I just answered what you asked about bloodspatters all over the stabbers. Can't you remember your own messages? I gave you a realibe answer why on Amanda's clothes were no blood: when other people came in to the house, the washing machine was spinning and was at the end of washing clothes. Wow! Your apartment has just been broken in to, and you have nothing else to do , but start washing clothes, even before calling police! Besides, this case is NOT a mess, it's very clear.
1974Coconut 4 months ago
@1974Coconut Were they washing tyvek suits, or clothes? The blood would have been all over them, the carpets and anywhere they moved to in order to clean themselves. The case is very clear, Guede acted alone.
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJayThe blood propably was all over them! I doubt any murderer is going to show off their blood covered murder clothes to others, but to get rid of them, with any way possible(burning, washing, hiding...anything) They were very cunning and sneaky...The toilet was filled with blood, even AFTER Amanda cleaned the place with bleach and mop, and of course we have Sollecito's bloody foot step on the rug. They took a shower and wash themselves after the killing!
1974Coconut 4 months ago
@1974Coconut A forensics expert said it was impossible for them to commit the crime and leave no trace of themselves behind. The "bloody footprint" tested negative for blood. Who said Amanda cleaned the place with a mop and bleach? Everything you state has been disproven or is speculation. Re-post when you have something solid. Emotion and hunch's are not proof.
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay There were clean up: WHERE did disappear OTHER bloody footsteps leading from murder scene to toilet? There is one visible bloody footstep on toilet rug, where are OTHER footsteps? Answer:they were cleaned! So that proves it. Even a child would understand that.
1974Coconut 4 months ago
@1974Coconut You are an idiot if you believe that two kids can clean all detectable blood out of a carpet, but still leave all evidence behind from one and only one person. is it so hard to wrap that little mind of yours around the idea that Guede acted alone? I think it is. Have you been reading british tabloids too much?
EyeinTeaJay 4 months ago
@EyeinTeaJay It's been proven scientifically that Guede couldn't do this crime alone. The body was moved a long time after the murder, the scream and running noises gave a time for this crime, no murderer goes back to move dead body to strange house, and stay there staging burglary or cleaning blood from floors. Guede said Amanda was there, and that's it. Get it , or go away from this crime discussion, since you are a liar.
1974Coconut 3 months ago
@1974Coconut I will stay in the discussion as long as I wish. Believe what you will. There are people in this world who are terminally stupid. Good luck with that.

@1974Coconut the dark side of the three or of the four including poor Meredith Kercher showed up that night, on the hallowen day.

The judge in the second trial (Claudio Hellman) says "Amanda and Raffaele may have been involved - but we can't prove it."
c0uchp0tat0e1 5 months ago
@c0uchp0tat0e1
No, instead he said, that it's impossible, that these two young people could have anything to do with the murder.
Turrican4D 5 months ago
@Turrican4D "Involved" does not necessarily mean DIRECTLY involved. I prefer to wait on Judge Hellman's report on his court verdict. Also, the Supreme court in Rome said there was more than one attacker, yet others insist Rudy Guede did it alone. Contradictions are apparent, and I refuse to accept as the sole authority the word of a slanderer, despite Donald Trump,Oprah and other wealthy media stars.
c0uchp0tat0e1 5 months ago
@c0uchp0tat0e1 AGREED. Among other things...the behavior and actions of them both is highly suspicious at the very least.
Lying about being online when they weren't. the DNA arguments are moot and trivial.
Stating they were tainted, etc. is absurd...if their DNA was on the items such as bra clasp and knife in ANY WAY...how can they be TAINTED if they were not there?!
A tragedy and I hope the guilty ppl involved are tortured for the rest of their lives. The conscience and karma are a bitch!

russiannuke123 5 months ago

MissTeenPregnancy 5 months ago
@1974Coconut Rudy Guede had to pay rent.and he did not have the money so he decided to break in and rob a home (something he did 4x in the month before the murder) he thought there would be some..he thought no one would be home..his DNA is on Merediths purse..his alone...he stated he arrived at 8:38..he also said he left her there bleeding to death..and the best is..his sentence was reduced because he said he was sorry for not helping her while she lay bleeding to death.
9bronxgirl 4 months ago
@9bronxgirl Unlogigal! If Guede was going to rob someone,it would have been a home of a wealthy people, not students, and he KNEW who lived in that house, he KNEW they would be in the house, or coming home very soon.Even downstairs would have been better target to rob, not 2 nd floor. He could have just knocked the door and ask Mer or Amanda to let him in, he KNEW them! No need to break in! Therefore break in was staged, by someone who lived there, nobody else didn't have any REASON to stage it.
1974Coconut 4 months ago
@1974Coconut u r crazy! staged break-in? this is not a movie idiot this THE REAL WORLD.
Agaotaku 2 weeks ago
@Agaotaku The break in was staged, because nobody came through that window, glass was still on ints frame.Amanda had to stage a break in, otherwise she would have been seen as guilty immediately because she had a key to the house and was only one in town of those who lived there. She let Guede in.So only way to save her was to make it look someone else came through window as if coming to steal something. Too bad, she accidently forgot to actully take anything. LOL.
1974Coconut 2 weeks ago
@1974Coconut then the aliens came to perugia...how imaginative you are.... how you know amanda did it? you were there? you saw it with YOUR OWN EYES? you dont have ANY PROOF to support your comment.
Agaotaku 2 weeks ago
@1974Coconut - Actually, a police investigator with Perigian police, an Italian crime scene reconstruction expert, Guede's own M.O. and the jury for the 2nd level court disagreed with you. It wasn't staged, it actually happened.
Unless you have the technical expertise to demonstrate otherwise, guess you are wrong again.
HatingIsUgly 1 week ago
@9bronxgirl "he thought noone would be home"not true! How do you know what he knew? It's more likely to assume Guede thought every one of 4 tenants would be in,they all 4 lived there! You see how illogigal assumption you made. That's why it's IMPOSSIBLE that Guede would have broken in there!1)he knew 2 of them,2)they were at home,or coming very soon,3)he would have been let in,because he knew them.No need to break in on friend's apartment.Who would break in if they think or know they are coming soon
1974Coconut 4 months ago
@1974Coconut Amanda and Raffaele were found Innocnet of "staging a break in" Rudy was not friends with the girls upstairs..they met him once for a short while downstairs..he was not a friend. Is that what you do..meet someone at a friends house once, then consider them a friend? Some friend he turned out to be...sexing Mederith while she bled to death after he stabbed her...then went to a club to party...then fled to Germany.
