That's a lot of unnecessary collars and clips for a dog. I understand the safety for a dog, but if you are worried to lose your dog on a walk, buy a well adjusted and the right size of collar/harness for your dog and your dog shouldn't be able to get out. A well fitted harness is impossible to get out of, it should be tight enough to fit 2 fingers, same goes for a well fitted collar.
