This is one of my favorite U2 songs as well. Haunting! You nailed it! Great job! Did you learn it by ear or is there tab for it out there? Did you run the bass through a flanger? What specific effect did you have on the explorer? Short delay with modulation? If so what were your setting levels. Man that sounded so good I've got to listen to it again! Thanks for putting it up.

I unfortunately don't have the funds for an AC30 right now, but enough for an AC15. I know I'd be sacrificing power with the AC15, but would I be losing a lot of tone too?

I have a CC ac15 and an older 2x10 ac15. Great little amps

But would you say there is a significant tonal difference between the AC15cc and the AC30cc? Not sure if I'm asking the right question.

not a cop out answer but yea.Each amp has its own character. For me a stock CC vox amp is way too thin and bright. There are mods out there i would do like remove the bright cap and change the speaker. I never owned a CCac30. I have modded RI ac30s.I have a CC ac15 and a RI 2x10ac15. The CC was modded and sounds great. The 2x10 is a bit darker in tone..
