I am a white missionary who lives and works in Uganda. Many of the problems were indeed created because of whites, however , the problem continues because of corruption in the black government. We recently adopted a child and were forced to pay certain "special" fees for paper work. Africa is a wondefrful place and I believe that God will change the hearts and the life styles of the people.

I am white and American, but we live a good part of the year in Africa where we work with orphans and widows and create income producing projects for the community. You need to understand that I am with you-not against you. My daughter is African we rescued this year. She was brought to our clinic at age 14 months and weighed 8 lbs and nearly dead. We took her in, she slept on my wife's chest because we didn't think she would live the night. Today she is here in America and very healthy.
