I hate the bailouts too, but I think AIG being saved was all political as many foreign governments invested a lot of money into it to pay their employees and etc. so you had governments wanting their assets protected by the US. saving those allies was important. I hate the bailouts too, but I think AIG being saved was all political as many foreign governments invested a lot of money into it to pay their employees and etc. so you had governments wanting their assets protected by the US. saving those allies was important. I do agree the fed was the problem to begin with though. and yes its democrats and republicans faults. to say it was one side or the other is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
