Can anyone explain how did this happen? How can a CNG tank explode and become like in 1:02? Is it an unapproved / non CNG cylinder being used for CNG? It does look kinda thin. I saw a video how a proper CNG cylinder being TNT-ed and it only dented a bit without any leakage happened. And is this more of a leaked CNG blast like in any other gas related accidents? Couldn't they have smelled the methane? (I don't speak the language in the video btw).
