  • I got one question for you mate. Did you had problems with gynecomastia or pseudogynecomastian in the past? If the answer is yes, how did you get rid of it (did you just lean out or did you operate)? I have my own reasons for asking (I research human anatomy and physiology and something in your appearance led me to believe that you perhaps did suffer from gynecomastia). You look good, keep going and all the best.

  • I tried supplements, lots of them, of several dozen brands. I've used ten different whey proteins and two kinds of creatine, but NOTHING replaces a good bodybuilding diet. You're definitely doing something right, I'd just say eat more. You didn't gain any fat, which is actually strange if you're trying to bulk up. Eat an extra meal so your body has an excess, and you'll see faster results. Keep it up.

  • Honestly, stop the hydroxycut if your taking it, keep on using the myofusion with the super pump, up the carboydrates and protien, HONESTLY STOP THE HYDROXYCUT, get a good pure creatine and go on a nice bulking stage, then after you take the creatine and all the water that yu have to drink because of the creatine and all the carbs that youve taken then...... you need hydroxycut to show the muscle, my friend for somebody like you hydroxycut is pointless cause you barely have muscle or fat,....

  • Good results. Your a gaining muscles in a healthy way. Remember 1/2 to 1 pound of muscle you gain a month is the healthy and durable way. No gay here, really, but next time you can use shorts, then we can see the all body transformation. Good job, keep the training without steroids so you can pass the 50's.

  • Yes I do take supplements a multivitamin and whey protein usually mixed with oats. My diet sample

    Breakfast: 40g oatmeal 6 egg whites

    Snack: whey and 60g oats

    Lunch: Tuna Sandwiches on wholemeal bread

    Dinner: Chicken and brown rice

    Post work out: Bowl of cereal and whey drink.

    Usually doesn't change much throughout week.

  • @Talaria7 Your diet sounds like what athletes eat during competition. It's too plain, you need a wider variety of foods.

  • @Talaria7 Alright, I would eat the same as you are eating or even more (it does depend on what you eat). however the suppliments have a great deal with bulking up too, are you taking any at the moment?

  • @Dangokiso do you recommend cell tech or creatine in general? i got bad asian genes and have a hard time gaining even though i eat a lot and workout 3-4 times a week. right now i'm only taking cytogainer which has helped a little bit

  • I'm trying to gain clean muscle going from 153lbs to 165lbs I have been eating 2150 cals a day and training for 7 weeks now I have 17% body fat.

    Unfortunately I have not gained a single pound what is the correct and accurate way to work out my calorie needs I have been told everything from multiply your body weight by 11 to I need 4000 calories a day, which seems ridiculous. Thanks.

  • @Talaria7 hi there, we weigh around the same, I would say eating around 1600 to 1800 a day is adequate for you. As for what to eat, I would stick to a low carb diet and increase skinless chicken intake, eat 6 meals a day but small amounts a time.

    Are you taking any suppliments?

    Are you thinking of reducing your body fat?
