"15,000 standing there and I'm thinking, right, I wrote this song in my bedroom" - that was in 1992, what kids are doing now with GarageBand, FL Studio, etc, is in 2010... if anybody thinks these guys weren't visionaries they need a swift chop to the back of the neck
@shocktk totally fucking agree, I've got equipment that pisses all over what they would of been using back in the day. And I have to admit I have come up with fuck all that comes anywhere near as good as what the Prods come up with.
You can have all the equipment in the world, if the great songs are not there, then you're fooked.
Cool post :) If i remember correctly there used to be a longer version of this documentary and it had Liam playing Crazy Man in his bedroom and they were talking to Chris Peat from Altern 8 also ! if anyone has this could thay post it ?
well i was about 10 when i got this tape of them and it was sort of my secret tape because everybody was listening to lame hardrock and stuff and i had breakbeat!
there were like gods to me back then and they made far better music then they do now although they are still awesome don't get me wrong.
@Dachujar , no but there was a cracking video called The Prodigy Electronic Punks which has great interviews and videos of their tunes, i can't understand why The Podigy haven't brought it out on dvd. Im sure you can probably get something from the internet that's been copied to dvd.
haha, funny what keith looked like back in the days compared to the crazy look he took on later :)
