  • Other countries two? this shit pisses me off!!!

  • you tell me that it just happened that some politicians got vocal about SOPA when the US signed ACTA. That it just happened that all the direct dl sites got shut down after several countries have signed it? And why would the man who was hired by the EU to review ACTA resign after he did his job and told the press that the passages that talk about piracy are just a masquerade? Rich, wake the f up. You can't be that naive! Next thing you wanna tell me is that you vote for the rich old republican

  • @marvelmania ok, well since you have not left me the hell alone I am going to block you after this comment. ACTA is a cover up for the SOPA like legistlation being discussed in Canada and Ireland and no offense, I am going to trust my reliable resources, Demand Progress and my own independent research more then you. You wanna lose sleep over something? Look into another Treaty in it's infancy called the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement. I have my own brain. I don't need yours to think for me.

  • rich, I respectfully disagree. of all the news outlets you use fox news as your source? if ACTA wasn't snug in why was it presented to the EU during agricultural and fishering's meetings? who would benefit from a treaty that was written by lobbyists and that there was NO INPUT whatsoever from any human rights group? you tell me that this will benefit people like you who self publish and don't mak the corporations money?

  • @marvelmania did you actually listen to the video or just heard what you wanted to hear? I read and watched dozens of articles from dozens of sources and on top of that I did my own independent research. All i said in the video is that the treaty has been spoken about by fox and Cnet for over three years. I didnt say i solely relied on them for the source, which I say plain as day right in this upload.

  • Thanks, you brought to light a lot of information that I didn't know about. Also, cool game.

  • Hey Rich! It's Luis Fernando from Jay's live chat! Great channel :) Subbed

  • @xLunidas Nice man! Welcome....

  • @ShatterState Did you even watch the video? Did you not hear the part where he said the bill has been considerably waterd down since 2009?

  • Hey, Rich. What are your thoughts on DLC? I personally hate DLC.

  • Can't get enough of that intro. But yea im from Ireland and its almost impossible to mobalise people to oppose it, there has been a bit where we exposed political partys that used unlicened images on their websites thus infringing what their voting for! were banking on enough complaints will force a debate in out parliment otherwise people wont have a say in it. Its being lauded in Ireland as its what we need to do to stay in the EU, its a load of crap and we will stay fighting it.

  • @ifap2children boy im glad your account is closed... you fucking freak

  • Dutch politician didn't wanna sign it, someone comes along with a bag of money and it's ok again,it's no suprise the politician is a woman. LOL

  • I don't really mind Digital Distribution but it has some bugs to work out. the biggest one is the some games are just too over priced. when the game is the same price as a physical copy of a new released AAA game, it doesn't really make any sense. I would of thought that the savings in production would of came down to us consumers but I guess not.

  • Are you against people buying used games?

Also the Blood Rayn game looks really cool, but I heard it controls horribly. But I'm thinking of getting it anyway.

  • CANADA do not pass C-11

  • am happy that your playing other games instead of COD.

  • digital distribution is not the problem its all the corporations and other manufacturers going to other countries

  • Comment removed

  • Geraldo mustache implants?

    sounds legit.

  • It's nice to hear you're going back to your roots of tech and gaming, Rich.

  • ISPs would be FORCED to monitor its users, third party liability for ISPs, ACTA actually infringes upon may other laws and governments have been keeping the actual material in ACTA secret with little to no transparency. I hope MEPs vote against ACTA.

Share a copyrighted news article? Bye bye!

    Potential border searches!

Self policing of intellectual properties by companies, ending up with potential criminal charges.

Say bye to your privacy in the name of protecting intellectual property.

  • @ShatterState um yup...he was the same guy sounding the horn on ACTA before ANYONE else was. He also filled everyone in on how terrible SOPA and PIPA were when everyone else was barely even mentioning the legislation. Also on Fox, Judge Napolitano was the one who sounded the horn on ACTA. He was also the ONLY one in the mainstream media who mentioned NDAA and warned people about it. This is why I didn't want to make this video. Once people jump on a topic nothing will change their mind.

  • Fuck digital distribution

  • Well google changing their policies, might as well get a different type email account.

  • hey rich what game is this look interesting?

  • @vgamer16 Bloodrayne Betrayal....absolutely amazing game...

  • @ReviewTechUSA thanks kinda thinking of trying it out now :D

  • @ReviewTechUSA Being a PC gamer they only have the first two installations of this game on Steam. Are they any good or worth buying?

  • @ReviewTechUSA what do you think about kingdoms of amalur

  • @vgamer16 It does look really cool. Kind of Castlevania'ish.

  • @dakkon74 Looks more ViewtifulJoe'ish to me

  • I cant stand the European Union, they dont represent anyone but their rich selves.

  • @Retrosofer Rich? hardly if you believe "things" like standard & poor's, but you are entitled to your own opinion, self-centered? just alittle from the side.

  • digital distro has a lot of potential, but when a company sells Skyrim for 60us as a digital download i call that a ripoff, only proffit is for the company and not the gamer at all.

Sure they love it, saving tond of money on cases, manuals, etc, but we the gamers get something out of that? no. The day they decide to discount the digital download prices then ill say bye to my hard media games, otherwise is a ripoff from greedy developers.

    Good video. :)

  • What game were you playing?

  • I'm gald your clearing the air on it. so much miss information going on.

  • @transparencypro omg....it's because people are discovering OLD videos and OLD articles....The articles and videos aren't inaccurate. They are just very dated and talk about provisions that have been removed from the treaty for ages.

  • @ReviewTechUSA I know im glad your one of the few people who knows whats going on with it instead of people just watching and old video and panicking and going the sky is falling.

  • @ReviewTechUSA I think that's what Mike Mozart has been doing on his channel lately. He made a video that was sensationalizing the whole SOPA/PIPA bill and other people defending CNET were calling him out on it. Very outdated info.

  • @ShatterState ugh...no it doesnt...please research it....

  • @ReviewTechUSA PLEASE TELL ME THE NAME OF TH IRISH BILL, I LIVE HERE AND WANT TO HELP STOP IT!
