  • @brandand4 thats because no human is 100% symmetrical. Did you ever wonder why one of your balls is slightly bigger than the other? well now you know. Same for women, usually one breast is slightly bigger than the other.

  • @364528 Yeap. This is the most efficient way for me. I also tried inclined sit ups and ab wheels but this is the best for me. So for now on I use crunch to train myself. But in this year I have been surving the army which makes me don't have time to train by schdual...

  • @yairoka The angle is not the most important thing. What really matters is the abs squeezing ! Try to feel it!

  • @ji3rmp4aup3 i know, i just can't feel it... sometimes it also feels as if i had not the strenght to hold for a time.. i really don't know what's the matter... a few months ago it even hurt badly but now it doesn't... maybe it's too much trained and i need to increase weight? i really don't know :/

  • @malfoy1982 Thats because some are just toned and some are strengthemd , but your video i can do with my stomach as it is and im not toned completley i look like a have a six pack exept it doesnt cross side ways ------- because im not toned up but i can do what you dont on your video easily exept i dont feel pain about it the way you did.

    So your video doesnt make you look strong either as well as not being properly punched.

  • hi, nice abbs! im 14 and fed up of being flabby. i want muscle! my uncles trainer told me to do 5sets of press ups situps/ crunches and tricep dips each set i must do as many as i can then have a 90 second break. do you have any tips?

  • I agree with your uncle's trainer. It's quite similar. My tips is train hard and don't give up!!

    I won't say something like if you workout a lot then in 6-weeks you will get it. cuz it takes time to gain your muscle and you got to lose your bodyfat. Just try it ! I know you can feel the change after you train it! Good luck dude.

  • @klotezke Put your feet under something heavy to stop that.

  • @klotezke Using a mat or a folded blanket helps. And if your legs are going up as oppose to your upper body then that just means you aren't forcing your abs enough.

    Normally 3 to 4 sets.

  • It's depends on yourself, or maybe I should say how strong you are. I will suggest you try to do 20 reps per set.

    If you want to get slim don't for get to contrl your diet and do some excerise more.

  • Honestly and seriously i dont know about that. Your abs look greater and better than those huge bodybuilders. I find your physique way better than most people and just because your abs are different makes you unique/special in a good way and not like "everyone else" all the time if you know what i mean.

  • Normally 3 sets and for crunches I do 20~25 reps, for sit ups I do 50 reps.
