  • Fantastico !!!!

  • Maravillous !

  • so fantastic....OH MY GOD!!

  • omg i can never play like that ever and im older than him plus how can he remember all of those not and not mess up even once, i wish he could teach me how to play like that

  • @zebraguy1567 The funny thing about music is that it is all reflexes ;D When you learn to play music you will grow new bridges between the brain folds and that's how you learn to remember it, because of those new bridges and that's also partly the reason why you can play music by impulse as you know which chords make what emotion, and if you haven't learned it from a teacher then you can figure it out yourself! :'D

  • I admire Andre Rieu for taking this young kid under his wing. Helping in the nurturing of this childs gift. Kind of cool to think about

  • I'm 15 and he can play as well as I can

  • 5:04 Music starts

  • 3:55 music starts

  • Very good!!!!!

  • OMG he is too cute

  • Bravo!

  • My God... I watched the video when he was three... and now he has gotten so good!

  • Genius...looks like Tiger Woods another genius.

  • Yes he's good. But look at the poor kid, he's got completely dead eyes, no joy whatsoever. Talented, yes, but you mustn't forget mom and dad's involvement here. I bet he's been given very little time to play as a kid.

  • @DenSimcott

He is now 10 years old (last month). Look at his other video Monti Czardas and Ciocarlia and you will see that he is happy. There is no reason that you are worry about him.

  • he improved. o_O, :D

  • wow excellent!! i love you Akim

  • OMG i cant even play that well

  • This is amazing!. Can you imagine what he will be like at 16 if he continues playing. One word will describe it...VICIOUS. He is adorable.

  • i love this kid! and i love kids who are born real stars from heart <3

  • he will get soooooooooooooo much pussy

  • Savants always amaze me; Their brains are 'hard wired' like Akim's to allow them to do marvelous things and think nothing of it. Are they just wired better than ordinary mortals? Or are we just lacking in ability to access those circuits?

  • He is too friggin' cute and sooo talented

  • i am wondering who where the idiots who put the deslike button...

  • @apoel94 failed violinists maybe?

  • @apoel94 from Idiotland who don't have any talent or earLESS lol

  • @SuperMayMay2 who cares? I play better than that brat

  • @MrRommel88 are u 5?

  • @MrRommel88 Well I don't see you playing with André Rieu. ;D

  • Really cool. honestly, I would have passed out playing infront of so many , many people. I applaud him for sticking through this.

  • wow. that little boy is really talented, he has such a great technique and i had to work for 7 years to be able to play at least partly as well. i wonder for how long he plays at home.

  • just watched the video of him where he's 3 and he had such a spark in his eye and smiled lots he now looks almost depressed, shame, amazing violin player thouh.x

  • Why 18 persons don't like . Are they stupid or what ?

  • @justexunexvideo 18 persons just realised they should have started playing the violin at an earlier age

  • Wow... Fantastic!

  • 2:14 nokia tune

  • awsome.. i tried that song for 3 months and i still can't finish it properly!!!

  • He doesn't look happy

  • qu'est-ce qu'il est devenu en2011

  • 18 dislikes are just 18 jealous basta**s who cant play the violin:@xx

  • 18 Dislikes are just 18 jealous basta**s who cant play the violin:@xx

  • Bravo !!!

    :-)

  • This kid is awesome! Also check out Shane Thomas - amazing composer.

  • @fatalcrixer He's half African half German.

  • He's so adorable, may he always retain that innocent look.

  • Nevjerovatno!

  • Oh my god.A jaw dropper.

  • i saw the video of him in berlin when he first played with the orchestra at age 3. he was way ahead of his age then, but makings of a true professional has become apparent. he is not just unusually ahead of his age, he is a prodigy.

  • Ahaha So Talented Omq :') I'm Gonna Cryy

  • hhm frajer

  • I just watched him at age 3. And now, DAMN, so much better. GIFTED.

  • Wow....he stole my heart

  • awww so adorable! he looks sacred though

  • @kieracoco haha i am 2meters tall and 225 pounds but i would be scared to ;p

  • this littel entertainer is soooo cute!!! i wish him all it takes to make it up!!!

  • this kid is amazing

  • Wat een schatje wat een wonderkind indrukwekkend.

  • 14 People can't see the video in HD

  • it is just like the example of child violin prodigy in the brilliant film, the Red Violin.

  • He don't even hold the bow and violin properly but yet... he plays so well... how comes??? If he make his position better, it might be a bomb!!!

  • He doesn't play until 5:05

  • 6:20 "aw snap!"

  • he's amazing, I could just put him in my pocket!

  • Este niño es un grande!!!!!!!!!

  • Wahnsinn!!! :o)

  • Kid is great amazing left me my jaw drop lol

  • Poor baby. He looks so nervous. He's amazing though. His parents must be so proud. I hope they take good care of him.

  • 6:04 is she taking snuff?

  • HE didnt smile at ALL.....That was the best part of seeing him perform is that he always looked happy but he didnt smile........

  • @biitemyswagg1 he was concentrated especially because he was nervous and he kept looking at the composer to make sure he wasn't 'lost' I should say.

  • <3

  • he is so cute

  • Guts of steel!

  • nice chick 5:18 who is she?

  • This kid is AMAIZING

  • wow.... he looks at the audience, not his fingers!!! WOW WOW WOW... double thumbs up!!!

  • @badetclouds007 you're never supposed to look at your fingers. When I learned the way he did (without music) they put a box over my hand so I couldn't see them.

  • yep, you use too much brain power wasting it on eye sight. eyes should only be used to read music, standing up straight, and to watch your conductor. your already thinking about the finger placement, why double it by unnessesarily having you visual cortex analyze the same thing.

  • 5:36 is priceless

  • Echt geweldig, subliem!

  • Comment removed

  • Why don't I see any comments saying his parents are pushy and strict? Why do I only see those comments on the Asians? -_-

  • 3:25 to 3:51 was SURREAL!

  • He ist incredibly gifted ...he´ll will get bored ...he´s going to rebell some day all those standing ovations and laughters

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH how that kid progressed in 2 years!!! OMFG!!! excuse me my french..... this is just f 'ing AMAZING!!!!

  • If more people were given the chance to start at three, there would be more talented musicians out there. Seriously.

  • @RatedPi Then everyone would be the same and thats boring... XD

  • even i cant play this and im 12!!!!!

  • omg i almost shed a tear, violin is one of my favourite instrument even though i cant play it myself and he is absolutely amazing

  • Amazing :)

  • ESTE FANTASTIC !!!!! II URMARESC TOATE SPECTACOLELE LUI ANDRE RIEU SI IL STIU PE AKIM DE CAND AVEA 3 ANI. FELICITARI ANDRE !!!!!! Familia IONITA - BUCURESTI - ROMANIA

  • ESTE FANTASTIC !!!!! IL URMARESC TOATE SPECTACOLELE LUI ANDRE RIEU SI IL STIU PE AKIM DE CAND AVEA 3 ANI. FELICITARI ANDRE !!!!!! Familia IONITA - BUCURESTI - ROMANIA

  • it took him long enough to stop yakking and let the boy play some music.

  • OK he seriously doesn't like the timpani rolling in that enclosed space.

  • Bravo

Every Child is Born a Genius.

    Albert Einstein

  • That kid is brutal.

  • I guess the kid doesn't like the guy so much. he is annoying!

  • hes sooooo cute!

  • Amazing!

  • Once again so talented and smoother now.

  • Absolutely stunning

  • As Andre explains no music theory ... he copies everything by ear after one listen ... that is amazing.

  • HE'S GOT AN AMAZING TALENT!!!

  • does anyone know what language he's speaking

  • @babegurl821 Andre Rieu is speaking dutch, he's speaking german to the kid.

  • @babegurl821 He's speaking dutch (from the Netherlands)

  • @babegurl821 he's speaking dutch (i'm dutch so i know) and speaking german towards the kid, which is similar to dutch, but hard for americans to hear the difference.

  • He plays better than Andre Rieu!

  • usually kids in his age are clumsy,

and he is soo good, thats unbelievable,

i know kids in age 12 who played about

a few years and dont play that good,

    amazing

  • Amazing soul!!!!!

  • Another wonderchild :) How sweet he is, adorable.

  • How can someone dislikes this? WOW!!

  • This guy is gonna be a legend when he grows up. :D

  • My God, he's amazing! I wish people here would just enjoy this little maestro and not worry about his attitude. I think his mentor Andre has him firmly in hand. Well done, Akim...

  • you can see at 3:30 the woman is totally in love with him =)

  • a good robot ))

  • Very impressive! Very ejoyable.

  • oh, he did steal my heart!!! <3

  • Andre Rieu said he has an amazing talent and only has to hear the music to be able to play it.He shouldn't have too much trouble having a life outside of music if that is what he wants.Still what an amazing life within the music world he will have with Andre as his freind and mentor. Hopefully Andre Rieu has recovered from his recent illness and will enrich the world with his on stage presence in 2011,

  • um grande avanço!!!

  • The next Nigel Kennedy

  • Amazing.Thank you for the talant Akim.bravo.

  • jajajaja que niño tan hermoso y adorable :D

  • Amazing!!....at 5 with this sense of rhythm, feel and ear for intonation. Then the kicker that he has the entire piece memorized to boot. Well done Akim indeed!

  • OMG

  • *stands and claps* Well Done Akim!

  • thanks for the follow up to the 3 year old video, he has absolutely improved greatly, Well done Akim.

  • Cute, talented, and moving :)

  • Its seems as if everyone is taking him as a joke.

  • Physically, he looks like a mini Tiger Woods.

  • 1 word: AWESOME!

well, not completely 1 word, but ok.

I just want to say that this is incredible, this is probably the first known wonderchild after Mozart, this was amazing. I'm not like a big orchestra fan, but even I know that this was great

  • @haloisnice Nice of you to compare him to Mozart...but (and this is not to belittle this child), there have been many, many musical prodigies before and since Mozart, both as composers (Felix Mendelssohn and Erik Korngold, for example) and as performers (particularly on violin and piano, because they don't depend so much on physical strength and well-developed lung capacity)--too many to mention. All deserve opportunities and positive support.

  • He looks like Tiger Woods.

  • @inya7 I was gonna say the same thing!!!!

  • i truly dislike andre rieux, quite tyrannical to his staff i heard, but boy is great!!

  • @petrahartt Why do you respond in such a negative manner if you do not know from first hand if your information is true? I personally know some of the musicians. Never heard them complain about Rieu. Yes, the boy is extremely talented! Hope he will have a somewhat normal life! xD

  • he captured everyone's hearts

  • Obviously he is a gifted child. It's better he has a someone (Andre) to look up to rather than he looks down on every one else as most geniuses do. I believe he will have a very bright future.

  • oh my god this kid is amazing

  • Andre Rieu is wonderful with him and the child wants his approval he is playing a difficult piece,so why would he smile his wide eyed glances at Andre Rieu speak volumes he doesn't want to let him down and he wants his approval so much that is so sweet.I just hope

Andre Rieu never lets him down. Such an adorable little boy.

  • Stop saying he isnt smiling just because your Jelous...IM pretty sure classical music just makes me Deep and makes people think it doesnt make you sit there with a big smile on your face its Beautiful Deep music and hes obviously nervous hes 5 years old did you remember what it was like when u were 5...give the kid a break friggen jelousy lol...

  • he looks so sad sometimes

  • He didn't smile because he was nervous and was concentrating, he is only 5 years old! He kept looking at Andre because Andre was conducting and musicians in an orchestra have to keep an eye on the conductor.

I just hope he's encouraged and not exploited and that he's allowed to have a life outside music.

  • @rtbcomp richard clayderman & akim camara (ave maria 2009) --- seems pretty exploited there unfortunately. cheezy set design, cheezy background band (or maybe it is electronic drums?), unfortunate use of a photo of maria on the lid of the piano...

  • @rtbcomp Come on, what's wrong with you? When a kid wastes his childhood playing games on computer, nobody is concerned. This kid just couldn't sing so well, if it wouldn't be a natural gift here !
