Just watched this with my girlfriend as I love Watership Down/Plague Dogs, she said I'd enjoy it, I seriously couldn't stop laughing at the funny parts, and ended up crying like a baby at the final part, a beautiful film that is truly unique :)

I cried soooooooooooooooooo much when I watched this movie!

It's like my heart was so happy to see him grow into a puppy, then a dog.

But it just got really sad when he grew older, and waited and oh man....

I bawled so much like a baby. T_T

I had sent wrong info in my 1st comment about Quill means "feather"..Quill(Jonathan, little Q, "feather") born on June 25, 1986, actually died at the age of 12 years and 25 days old at around 2:46pm dated: July 20, 1998.

I had also watch ds movie. I hav DVD copy of it. My mother-in-law gave it to me when she had her vacation here in Phil. 1 year ago. I think his name is quill,ryt? I was touch by him. I also cried watching ds movie til my eyes gets red.Hmmm sad story. He died at the age of 11 and 45 days i think. One of my fave! Love yah Quill.

I have the VCD of this. It's one of the most heartwarming films I've ever seen. It's not Lassie nor does it have a particularly happy ending however it portrays a very realistic life story taking the ups with it downs which inevitibly signifies this films perfection. Dog lovers will love it and non-dog lovers will enjoy it as a cosy up film.
