simon armitage is amazing. the only poet i didnt sleep through at poetry live. Kid is my favourite poem ever. he's really inspirational and a proper Yorkshireman. always a winner.
Simon is such a great poet! When we saw him at poetry Live, a boy in my class put up a sign saying "I love Simon", he looked and pointed at us which was quite ammusing =P
@Jeniscool693 My english teacher kept hyping her up to us as well. In the end, Artimitage was the best. I really admire Duffy, but she sounded bored to me. Still, I do love her poetry.
