@Xskills16 the Desert Eagle is an awesome gun it's designed to punch holes on vehicle engine blocks the extra power give's it a hell of a recoil tho and it's heavy as hell so for the average shooter on the range yes it isn't awesome. I love the Kimber 1911 custom tho.

The magazine capacity compared to a magnum revolver is negligible, a revolver won't jam as much, it takes clips or singe rounds instead of gigantic magazines, and it's lighter (and probably less expensive, especially when you look at the extra maintinence and cost of magizines, it will add up). I respect you, but I was wondering why you chose it.

All my friends have been stocking up on ammo like crazy because alot of them seem to think that either the prices will get to the point of completley outrageous or Obama will take away the second amendment completely.I have a 45.acp (Glock) and a hungarian 9mm. Both have been reliable and very fair priced. I only paid $550 for the 45 and it came with a quick draw holster and 7 extended clips, all In perfect condition.

I would call them up and ask for a new gun without rust and another free or half priced gun of my chocie to come with it. Personally I think just guns and ammo in general cost to much. Obamas taxes are making damn hard to get a good price on ammo. I went out to get some 45.ACP rounds the other day (185 grain, hollow point) and after doing some math I figured out its about $1 for 2 bullets.

I don't own any Kimbers (rifles, 1911s, etc.) because I believe they're WAY overpriced (buying the name?) and in the gun world competition is ruthless and that garbage usually don't fly (with the exception of the S&Ws and Weatherby, but they do make good guns). I've heard about the QC issues with Kimber many times before, specifically with the 1911s. I agree the Les Baers and Nighthawks are probably the best for the price!

@hogger129 I have to disagree. I can't say they are a bad gun, but as my friend says, "yesterday's technology at tomorrow's prices". They are insane to break down, and very low capacity. And expensive for a good one. If want to spend that much on a gun, go the route I did and buy a USP. Better capacity, easier to use, way easier to break down. I will say that they are accurate and you can buy all kinds of modifications for them though, so I can't knock your comment too much.

MP5K is a smaller varient, with fixed grip as well as stock, but will not come with stock already fixed unto it like some MP5's will.
