if i restore my iphone 3gs fw 3.1.3 can it be possible that the

fw will change from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2??????!!!!!!

Also since this does not work on the 3.1 for the 3G S, what can I do if I was idiot enough to update to the 3.1 and now my phone does not work?

lol, unlock is to change carrier(so that you can use a non ATT company to call), and for now sorry man you can't do anything... unless you backed up ECID and can do a downgrade but by your description i doubt you did.... Just wait for the jailbreak for 3.1 comes out.... right now there is only jailbreaks to upgrade to 3.1 from 3.0 or 3.0.1, but since you are in 3.1 already it wont work.
