  • Liked this video and the positive message. As foe the movie? LOVED IT! Saw it twice. I wish they would do a movie just about Julia though. She was such a great lady and led such an interesting life.

  • I agree, the Julie parts of the movie were nearly pointless. I wish they'd made a film about Julia herself, what an interesting life, and what a sweet lady.

  • I'm kinda shocked that its a movie about Julia's french cooking techniques and he didn't truss the chicken. I usually would leave the mirepoix in the sauce.

  • he did truss it...not traditionally but tying legs and tucking wings is one form of trussing, and as for leaving mirepoix in the sauce....that's because yr an amatuer...and i'm kinda shocked people unqualified like yrself can make comments about the basics....stfu
